About the role HealthFitness is looking for a Group Exercise Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Spencer, Indiana. This is an on-call position teaching when regular staff members are unable to work. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members taking group fitness classes. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $25 - $30/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
