RESPONSIBILITIES Healthpeak's Summer Analyst Program offers ambitious undergraduate students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within our Investments team. Over the course of 10 weeks, analysts will develop a strong foundation in life science, medical office, and senior housing real estate investing, financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting, with exposure to a wide range of institutional real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, developments, redevelopments, and portfolio management.
Summer Analysts will be fully integrated into the Investments team and will work alongside senior professionals who have backgrounds in real estate private equity, investment banking, and strategy. The program also includes structured training, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to real, high-impact investment decisions in the rapidly growing life science, medical office, and senior housing sectors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, including acquisitions, dispositions, developments, redevelopments, and structured transactions (e.g., joint ventures, preferred equity, real estate debt)
Performing underwriting and cash flow analysis across a variety of deal types
Building and refining financial models in Excel and Argus
Supporting due diligence efforts and market research initiatives
Preparing materials for internal investment committee meetings and presentations to senior leadership, including the Board of Directors
Collaborating cross-functionally with asset management, development, legal, and finance teams
Contributing to strategic special projects and portfolio reviews
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A target start in June 2026, which will seek to align with candidates' academic calendar
Current Juniors, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred majors include Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or other fields or other majors/experience where the candidate can easily demonstrate quantitative analytical experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with an emphasis on knowledge and experience with Excel

We're seeking a Digital Assets Director to serve as a subject-matter expert and to lead the team directly/indirectly responsible for the development and maintenance of innovative cryptocurrency transaction monitoring and trade surveillance solutions. In this 100% crypto-focused role you will partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence and Compliance professionals to oversee the buildout, management, and improvement of Fidelity's blockchain forensics and trade surveillance capabilities. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Prior AML/Fraud advisory, surveillance, or investigative experience.
Prior financial crimes model development and/or maintenance experience.
Deep knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, decentralized finance (bridging/swapping/minting/burning), and more.
Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in addition to direct reports with their own projects. Experience with project planning, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring and maintaining model performance.

The Private Banking Strategist role offers a unique opportunity to shape and launch a new offering within a dynamic, startup-like environment. This individual will work strategically and creatively to evolve the vision for the private banking strategist role, design the framework, and bring it to life in support of Generations associates, advisors, and clients. This individual must have extensive experience and deep technical knowledge of banking, lending, and cash management services to deliver guidance, influence strategic development, and ensure alignment with the firm's holistic wealth management approach
Responsibilities include:
Design and launch the private banking offering, including frameworks, processes, and best practices aligned with Generations' goals and HNW client needs.
Serve as a subject matter expert for complex banking, lending, and cash management situations requiring deep technical knowledge.
Partner with senior planners, financial advisors, and third-party experts to deliver high-quality Advice, Planning, Products, and Services (APPS) for HNW clients.
Communicate effectively with advisors, HNW teams, and clients to understand goals, articulate complex strategies, and provide actionable recommendations.
Act as a conduit between Edward Jones, the Banking Business Unit, and third-party providers (e.g., U.S. Bank, HNW Referral Network) to ensure timely, customized solutions aligned with firm guidance.
Facilitate execution of banking, lending, and cash management strategies between third-party providers and HNW teams.
Leverage financial planning tools to identify opportunities, integrate banking solutions into holistic plans, and monitor progress toward client objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Trust Co., Compliance, Legal, Operations, Senior Portfolio Strategists) to ensure alignment and evolution of HNW strategies.
Contribute to strategic initiatives within Wealth Management Advice & Solutions (WMAS) to advance the firm's HNW capabilities and future product development.
Shape client-facing guidance on complex banking strategies and provide input on new products and services to meet evolving client needs.

What you'll bring
8+ years' experience in full-life cycle Technical Recruiting in a corporate environment
Ability to work 15-20 unique roles efficiently and with urgency
Able to consistently follow process while maintaining attention to detail
Experience utilizing an ATS (preferably Oracle) for candidate identification, processing, and reporting
Ability to build and maintain strong hiring manager relationships
Outstanding communication skills
Knowledge and familiarity with the datacenter industry and related talent trends
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
Note: Once identified, the selected candidate will be given options for staffing agencies through which they wish to be employed for payroll purposes. This is a contract, and not a direct role with Digital Realty.
