The Senior Product Marketing Manager (SPMM) at HealthStream is a pivotal leader in shaping the strategic direction and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our innovative products and services. This role demands a visionary approach to marketing, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for collaboration. The SPMM will work closely with the Director Product Marketing and maintain a strong connection with business leaders including VPs and SVPs, ensuring that the marketing efforts align seamlessly with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute robust go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of HealthStream's offerings to target audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, Implementations, and Creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and support in achieving business goals.
Market Research and Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies, ensuring a clear and differentiated market presence.
Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning frameworks that resonate with buyer personas, driving engagement and conversion across multiple channels.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product sheets, to effectively nurture leads and close deals.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
Performance Metrics and Analysis: Own and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and marketing-generated NOV.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to design and implement strategic campaigns across various channels such as email, SEM/SEO, social media, digital advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and webinars.
Influence Stakeholders: Demonstrate the ability to make decisions and influence stakeholders independently, driving alignment and support for marketing strategies

Qualifications
Requirements
A mandatory minimum of 5-7years' experience in B2B marketing or SaaS based company.
Successfully spearheaded the marketing efforts and GTM strategy for multiple launches that achieved proven growth
Understands how to leverage the Martech stack and tools to improve and scale performance
Experience using multiple analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc to ensure we're focusing on data-driven results.
Degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
Some Healthcare experience or agency experience preferred but not required.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $89,637 - $107,000. Salary will be determined on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with skills, relevant experience, and performance in similar roles.
