· In 1982, Ken and Bob made it official and formally merged into Healthtrax International.
It all began in 1984 when Dave Pickering, founder of Preventure, had an idea.
Since its launch in 1991, Preventure has served over 10 million lives and over 200 clients, with programs in all 50 United States states and international reach for select services.
Mark left his position at Healthtrax in 2003 to join Dave and take on the role of partner at Preventure.
· 2016 - Healthtrax opens a new location in East Greenwich, RI
· 2017 - Steve Capezzone becomes CEO of Healthtrax, Int’l
· 2018 - Healthtrax rebranded to Healthtrax Fit Families for Life focusing on highlighting our position as a non-intimidating exceptional place for families and individuals who want to approach fitness as a lifetime habit.
