ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Manage the overall contract and amendment process
* Generate new contracts.
* Review all contracts forcomplete/appropriate content.

* Maintain contact with contractors, directors,and attorneysregardingnew and existing contracts.

* Maintainall tracking logs used for governmental compliance, internal and external audit.
* Prepares valuation requests, coordinates with other hospitals as needed to obtain required information, and communicates with valuation firms for completion
* Creation, implementation, and maintenance of a method of efficient approvals from each hospital administration for non-physician contracts.
* Establish andmaintaina filing system for all contracts
* Interface and communicate with various parties and/or departments including but not limited to facility administration, department leadership, legal counsel, referral source providers, valuators, accounting, and corporate departments.
* Initiate monthly reviews with facilities to discuss new and current contracts in process as well as contracts that are due for renewal.

Position Overview:
As a Dean at Galen College of Nursing, you will be expected to provide accountable leadership for the academic programs, community and hospital partnerships, and serves as an integral member of the College and Campus management team. Position Requirements:
Education: Graduate Degree in Nursing required; Doctorate Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, senior-level experience in higher education preferred; demonstrated excellence in teaching and clinical practice experience in nursing required. Demonstrated success in development of community relationships; experience in planning and budgeting; excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a record of professional involvement as evidenced in CV.
Special Qualifications: CNE or CNEcl certification preferred. Licensure: Per State Board of Nursing Requirements
Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment: Position requires critical thinking, reading, planning, preparing, evaluating, and decision making. Job Summary and Qualifications
The Pathologists' Assistant is a staff position responsible for assisting pathologists in performance of surgical pathology services. Under the general supervision of the pathologist, works independently when performing professional duties associated with examination and/or preparation of the surgical pathology specimens.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Responsible for the organization of and efficiency of workflow processes in the frozen section and gross examination areas.
Work closely with on-site Pathologists in determining grossing priorities.
Take instruction from on-site Pathologists with respect to grossing technique and quality assessment.
Confer with and share with other HCA pathologist assistant's relevant information that would facilitate productivity and expand knowledge base.
Triage specimen received from surgery; dictate gross findings on selected specimen using appropriate terminology; refer tissue sections for microscopic review by Pathologist or Resident.
Select and identify tissue for microscopic study; determine proper fixative solutions in which tissue will be maintained.
Perform specialized procedures such as frozen sections and decalcification; maintain and coordinate specimen and records for specialized procedures using appropriate protocols; submit request for special histological procedures and special stains when appropriate.
Maintain records of surgical pathology specimen dissections and dictation; assist in the compilation of reports for surgical pathology; label and store gross tissue specimen.
Photograph specimen samples as appropriate for use in instruction and documentation. Perform photo microscopy on cases considered for interdepartmental conferences or for teaching purposes; maintain complete and accurate records of all gross and microscopic photographs.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement".
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three to five years' experience in a pathology histology laboratory setting.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:

Job Summary and Qualifications
What you will do in this role:
* Respond to phone calls with a sense of urgency and demonstrating good customer service skills
* Gather initial information required to open new case/call(s) and prepare clinical information/packet which is to provide to the clinicians for assessment and next steps in advancing patients care.
* Establish and maintain a high degree of awareness and knowledge of facility medical staff, services and specialized programs.
* Help to locate available resources and coordinates information to support patient disposition and or admissions to appropriate unit/facility
* Maintain active inventory of bed availability within the community for non-HCA bed placements and admissions
* Responsible for accepting, tracking and facilitating hospital transfers and transports telephonically and via computer applications.
* Provide updates to customers on status of patient case(s), i.e. assessment status and bed placement requests
* Assist to schedule and prioritize discharge transports and support the Patient Logistics Center by assuring rapid response to requests for services (where applicable)
What qualifications you will need:
* Associate degree or higher preferred
* Prefer experience in an acute care setting. (example Hospital Unit Secretary) - highly preferred experience in an ED.
* Prefer an understanding of how patient populations move through a hospital setting and healthcare organizations
* Prefer experience in Behavioral Health (example Behavioral Health Tech)
* Possess good communication skills, verbal and written.
* Possess good organizational skills and able to act on multiple tasks.
* Proficient and understands medical terminology

Performs echocardiography on inpatients and outpatients to record and assess wall motion, valvular function, and kinesis of the heart, for use in the diagnosis of cardiac disorders and valvular disorders. Under the supervision of the manager, the Therapeutic Recreation Therapist evaluates patients, plans, implements, and modifies treatment programs, utilizes community resources, participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties, participates in Performance Improvement, pursues professional growth, assist with student education and when need arises will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Oversees the work of aides, volunteers and students.

* Current Certification by NCTRC.

The Pathologists' Assistant is a staff position responsible for assisting pathologists in performance of surgical pathology services. Responsible for the organization of and efficiency of workflow processes in the frozen section and gross examination areas.
Work closely with on-site Pathologists in determining grossing priorities.
Take instruction from on-site Pathologists with respect to grossing technique and quality assessment.
Confer with and share with other HCA pathologist assistant's relevant information that would facilitate productivity and expand knowledge base.
Triage specimen received from surgery; dictate gross findings on selected specimen using appropriate terminology; refer tissue sections for microscopic review by Pathologist or Resident.
Select and identify tissue for microscopic study; determine proper fixative solutions in which tissue will be maintained.
Perform specialized procedures such as frozen sections and decalcification; maintain and coordinate specimen and records for specialized procedures using appropriate protocols; submit request for special histological procedures and special stains when appropriate.
Maintain records of surgical pathology specimen dissections and dictation; assist in the compilation of reports for surgical pathology; label and store gross tissue specimen.
Photograph specimen samples as appropriate for use in instruction and documentation. Perform photo microscopy on cases considered for interdepartmental conferences or for teaching purposes; maintain complete and accurate records of all gross and microscopic photographs.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.

The Virtual Telemetry Technician (TT) participates in high-quality, patient-centered care by continuously observing and monitoring cardiac rhythms and other vital signs from a centralized monitoring location, assuring a safe patient care environment.
Essential Job Functions:
+ You will notify the primary RN or charge RN when patient parameters and waveforms are outside of established parameters in accordance with division policy.
+ You will interpret cardiac rhythms, heart rate, and arrhythmias and communicate abnormalities to nurses and physicians.
+ You will create clear, accurate documentation on patient status and activity during the shift.
+ You will demonstrate and respect patient rights to privacy and protection of patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
Must live in the Denver market. This is an on-site job.
+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
+ High school diploma/GED required.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the supervision of the Radiologist and supervisor, performs diagnostic and therapeutic angiographic procedures for patients ages adolescents through geriatric. Generates appropriate paperwork including requisitions, film jackets, charges and provides a complete history of patient. Responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and provide quality diagnostic results. Responsible for supply/inventory management.
What qualifications you will need:
* Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology training program.
* Current certification by ARRT with advanced certification in Interventional Radiology (IR). Must maintain current registry. BLS required. Attends continuing education activities to maintain knowledge and skill level.
* Prefer 2 years recent hospital angiographic interventional experience. Skills commensurate with formal training required.
