As Chief Strategy Officer, Eugene Lee is responsible for the company’s long-term growth strategy and oversees Hearsay’s vertical industry-specific investments. Eugene leads the Hearsay Actions initiative focused on guiding and automating advisor actions, driving best practices in client-advisor/agent digital interactions.

Eugene has over 25 years of enterprise software experience, serving in both consulting and executive management roles. Most recently, Eugene spent 10 years at Guidewire Software, a leading provider of enterprise core systems to P&C insurers, where he led their Data & Analytics business. He started his career at Andersen Consulting configuring and implementing large scale enterprise software. He has also held leadership positions at IBM, Hitachi, and Applied Biosystems. Eugene earned his B.S., Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Eugene is a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Michael is an advocate for the use of technology in the business cloud with a proven track record of building B2B SaaS companies. He was a founding executive of Google Cloud where he oversaw its growth to the fourth-largest SaaS company in the world with $1B in ARR. He has run large sales organizations at IBM, Oracle, Google and smaller startups at Virage, Hearsay Systems and Aviso. He has deep experience in all Go-To-Market functions and serves as a coach and advisor to founders and executive teams of companies seeking rapid growth.

Chris Andrew oversees Hearsay’s Product, Engineering and Design for Hearsay and is General Manager of Hearsay Relate. Chris was employee #1 at Hearsay, where he began as its first Customer Success Manager and has played a variety of roles in product management, solutions consulting, and as the former Head of Hearsay Europe.

Prior to Hearsay, Chris worked in product management at Intuit. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Grove City College, where he was captain of the track & field team. In his spare time, he is a gourmet pizza chef who trained in Naples, Italy.
