Key Responsibilities Requirements & Execution Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and technical documentation. Define KPIs and ensure accurate tracking of product performance and adoption within Agile workflows. Platform Development Lead the migration from legacy data and reporting systems to a modern cloud-based stack. Partner with data engineering teams to define and deliver scalable data models, pipelines, and APIs. Maintain high standards for data governance, including lineage, documentation, and access control. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (sales, finance, operations, analytics). Translate technical concepts into business value and clearly communicate trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes. Establish strong relationships across departments to ensure platform solutions align with real-world workflows. Continuous Improvement Monitor adoption and performance of tools and reports to inform iteration. Use data, feedback, and observation to guide roadmap prioritization. Stay informed on BI, ad tech, and data infrastructure trends to influence strategy. Required Qualifications 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or data product roles. Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and data modeling concepts. Technical proficiency in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks). Familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Experience defining requirements and managing delivery in Agile development environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within ad tech, martech, or media environments.
