Your Impact The Delivery Solutions team is responsible for leading, delivering, and managing complex digital solutions for our clients - spanning strategy, analytics, design, technology development, and media. Delivery Solutions professionals manage projects through scope/discovery, estimation, UX, Creative, and Technical development/deployment in an Agile environment managing multiple and simultaneous projects. This team also prides themselves in strong client relationship management, team leadership, and complex delivery management with both internal and external teams. What you'll do Manage project workstreams through the full development lifecycle while serving as a primary communication point with client's other creative and technology partners. Track sprint progress and manage program backlogs. Work in a dynamic environment with onshore and offshore development teams. Understand projects and communicate tasks and blockers. Manage project budgets against variances in profitability, burn and operational efficiency. Maintain project plans, resource assignments, and other project related documents and publish to appropriate stakeholders, including regular updates to iCrossing's resource planning system. Build dynamic partnerships across iCrossing practices and client teams to best support program goals and evolve delivery approach to stay in alignment with client business needs. Develop and sustain relationships with client stakeholder, external agency partners, project owners and client management leadership. Partner with account leads to manage account health and setup business for continued and future success. Interact with senior and executive level management as needed regarding project, expected business outcome, contract/ engagement administration (SOWs, Change Orders, etc.). Enforce delivery excellence and compliance while managing the quality and timeliness in order to deliver on time, within budget, meet revenue / margin targets and meet contractual obligations. Identify risk and develop plans for risk mitigation. Use program management tools, technology management tools, knowledge repositories and team collaboration systems (Smartsheets, Aha!, Jira, Confluence, MSFT Teams, Slack, Box, etc.) Who you are Proven experience in delivery solutions/project management in digital marketing, consultancy, or strategy field. Strong client management, project management, and organizational skills. Able to multitask and manage multiple workstreams (projects) effectively and efficiently. Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Able to interact, manage and influence key stakeholders. Possess an understanding of financial, budget and vendor contract management. Able to scope out and estimate various digital marketing projects. Understanding of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Able to understand and oversee creative processes. Strong verbal, written and communication skills Able to adapt to rapidly changing business needs and priorities.
