Check us out at ***************** The Finance Director for Fireside will be a critical member of the leadership team responsible for financial leadership, business planning, financial reporting, and analytics. Annually, this program distributes cash (provided the company realizes its operating income goal for the period) quarterly and is based upon eligible earnings. Troubleshoots issues, approves solutions and deviations, performs design and cost improvement activities. * Works to identify emerging technologies and participates in long-range product planning initiatives. * Oversees, mentors, and reviews the work of others. * May have direct reports. * Some overnight travel may be necessary to other Toro locations, test sites, distributors, dealers, customers, suppliers, manufacturing facilities, or trade shows. To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: * Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering, or equivalent engineering program, from an ABET accredited college or university. * Engineer III: 5+ years of relevant experience. * Engineer IV: 7+ years of relevant experience. * Demonstrated multi-disciplinary knowledge of mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, and control systems.
