The employees are all down to earth and the management, while they have high expectations, allows the employees to be empowered to make the right decisions.

Cons

It's a dusty environment, but dealing with grain, it is what it is.

Benefits

They have ABC & UBG retirement programs and while other Co-ops in the State of Iowa have stopped contributing, Heartland remains steadfast with employer contributions for their employee's retirement. This is huge for those who know what rule of 85 is. HUGE Benefit!
