Pros of working at Heartland Dental

Discounted Dental Care & benefits

Cons of working at Heartland Dental

Management is a joke. PMO always talking about employees with other employees. Staff gets fired left and right, including doctors if they bring in to much money. Cheaper for Heartland to fire and hire new drs at a salary rate. Lets not even talk about all of the lies constantly being told around here.
