The position is responsible for the overall coordination of testing processes within the campus and in conjunction with other OhioHealth hospitals and OhioHealth Laboratory Services. Responsibilities And Duties: 60% Manages all aspects of the hospital laboratory services to meet customer needs and support hospital and department balanced scorecard goals. This includes: direct responsibility for Laboratory operations and ownership/coordination of cross-functional, laboratory-related processes through leadership with Nursing, other departments, the medical staff, and administration. OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital is hiring a full-time registered Radiation Therapist in the Radiation Oncology department. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. This is a large and busy Radiation Oncology department located in two locations within the hospital and requires a therapist to be on call for add on or urgent cases. Call is rotated on a weekly basis among the 11 therapists. The department consists of three Linear Accelerators and two CTs. They also provide High Dose Rate Brachytherapy in the department. Delivers radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Prepares patients for a course of Radiation Therapy inclusive of simulation, dose calculations and acquiring of treatment parameters. This position is Remote and requires high-speed internet and office space where services can be conducted in a confidential and therapeutically appropriate setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing individual counseling sessions, reviewing productivity, assisting staff/psychiatrists in meeting productivity expectations, reviewing paperwork, promoting behavioral health services to the community, and working with human service providers. This position will have access to privileged information, and confidentiality must be maintained at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide remote individual counseling sessions using the approved EHR telehealth software platform. * Conduct screenings, assessments, create individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, maintain detailed records, collaborate with other professionals, and ensure strict client confidentiality. * Deliver services that meet HRSA and Joint Commission quality metrics and standards. * Work with assigned staff to ensure all clients are checked in as part of the billing process. * Review weekly productivity reports to determine performance gaps and make improvement plans, as needed. * Provide the supervisor with written and verbal reports on identified performance gaps on a regular basis. * Assist in marketing behavioral health services to the community. * Must be willing to work some nights, and one weekend a month, or when special events and/or presentations are scheduled. * Attend all scheduled meetings. * All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position may require supervising interns. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * Master's in Social Work and/or Counseling, or Clinical Psychology * Must be able to provide documentation of being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Computer literacy and the ability to utilize various software programs. * Clean driving record. * Ability to arrive on time via own transportation. * Must be able to accept and incorporate constructive feedback, be flexible in scheduling, and have concern for youth with a strong desire to work in the human service arena. The position requires the technologist to perform procedures in more than one modality. Responsibilities And Duties: Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics Conducts routine and specialized fluoroscopic studies utilizing digital fluoroscope equipment; maintains proficiency in each of these areas Provides radiation safety for operator and patient Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.
