What You'll Do
As a Residential Technician, you'll be a key part of our residents' recovery experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
Administering medications in accordance with established protocols.
Assisting residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Providing transportation to appointments and community outings.
Offering encouragement, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
Flexible Scheduling Options

Full Time, 40 hours per week: 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, depending on department need
Full Time, 40 hours per week: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Every Other Weekend: 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, depending on department need
PRN (as needed): Minimum of two shifts per month
Hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM receive a $1.00 per hour differential.

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and eager to make a difference. Our ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
A valid driver's license.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training onsite).
Willingness and ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications.
One year of work experience in a human services or treatment-related setting (preferred).
Willingness to complete Narcan administration training.
Ability to pass a background check and comply with our drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
If in recovery, one must have achieved a period of sustained abstinence and be able to demonstrate successful rehabilitation and stability.
