Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures
Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output
Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
Check paper for type, size, color and quantity
Check plates for correct format
Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality
Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates
Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment
Your Shift:
1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
You Must Have:

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Operates various types of power construction equipment including but not limited to: rubber-tired backhoe, loaders, rollers, graders, excavators, etc. to excavate or move and place dirt or materials during the course of construction.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years' operating experience. Good ability and knowledge in the operation and maintenance of such equipment as listed above. Operation requires adjusting handwheels and depressing pedals to drive machines and control attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, and swing booms. Controlling levers and pedals on assigned equipment to lower bucket or scoop up material. Required to perform maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling machines. This position requires operatingequipment in a safe manner. It is a requirement to follow instructions and meet set standards and to judge distances and slopes accurately. This is medium duty work requiring lifting, climbing and sitting. Crouching, or stooping and bending, full use of hand, arms, and legs and eye-hand coordination is essential. As a Dozer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction and excavation projects. What You'll Do:
The Heavy EquipmentOperator will safely perform preventative and general repair and/or maintenance of aggregate equipment at the crushing plant, i.e. loaders, dozers, haul trucks, crushers, screens, and conveyors. Operateequipment safely and running efficiently. This position involves the operation of a variety of heavy equipment, i.e. crushing/washing equipment, front-end loaders, dozers, haul trucks, skid loader, water trucks, forklifts, and man lifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operate various types of heavy equipment used in the crushing & screening of aggregates.
* Operate off-road vehicles and loaders.
* Perform preventative maintenance of all production equipment.
* Perform emergency maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary, such as: welding, replacing parts, hoses and filters.
* Weld and cut on equipment when necessary.
* Maintain safety in aggregate site and equipmentoperation.
* Attend educational seminars and achieve industry standards.
* Maintain a clean an orderly work area.
* Must adhere to all MSHA and Company safety rules.
* Operators are responsible for owning and maintaining hand tools used for maintenance.
* This position is for a mobile crew and will require to travel and stay out several days near the jobsite at a time.
* Must provide own transportation to job sites.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Attend an annual 8-hour MSHA refresher course.
* New employees must complete 24 hours of new miner training.
* New employees with mining experience greater than two years prior to hire must complete 12 hours of experienced miner training.
* Must have Heavy EquipmentOperation experience.
* Must have mechanical ability for general maintenance purposes.

You have previous experience working as an HGV and vacuum excavator driver/operator and hold a full HGV Class 2 licence (Category C). A suction excavator CPCS qualification and/or EUSR qualification would be highly beneficial. A good understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards is essential for this role.
Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous, allowing you to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues while on the road. Excellent communication skills are important, as you will be working closely with clients and team members, and you will need to be able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment will also help you to succeed in this role. This position would suit a Category 3 HGV Driver who will operate the vacuum excavator to assist with no-dig repair and maintenance activities, ensuring essential works are carried out safely and efficiently.

This position with the Duininck Construction team offers the opportunity to operate heavy equipment on a variety of earthwork and grading projects, contributing to safe operations, quality production, and successful project delivery.
The Role:
* Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment to excavate, move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials.
* Read grade stakes and work with grade checkers, lasers, or GPS systems to maintain proper grade.
* Work closely with crew members using hand signals and communication to coordinate work and ensure safety.
* Perform daily inspections, lubrication, fluid checks, and basic maintenance on equipment.
* Notify the shop when maintenance or repairs are needed.
* Keep equipment clean and prepare machinery for transport when required.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and safe jobsite.
* Follow supervisor instructions and complete assignments accurately and efficiently.
Work Environment:
* Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
* Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods.
* Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs.
* Travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas.

* Strong understanding and ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, excavators, etc.
* Individuals who work safely and have the courage to speak up when unsafe behavior or conditions arise.
* Understanding of equipmentoperation, safety regulations, and PPE requirements.
* Awareness of OSHA standards for construction environments.
* Ability to coordinate with crew members and communicate clearly.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
* Willingness to travel and work long or irregular hours during the construction season.

As an experienced EquipmentOperator, after paid training, you will put your skills to work - safety operatingequipment to move earth, tools and materials to and from job sites. What You'll Do
