YOUR SCHEDULE
Working hours vary for this seasonal position depending on snowfall and the weather. You go out whenever it snows, typically around midnight, but you may also be called out during the day.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Snow Removal Loader Operator, you're motivated to do a great job and help keep the residents of our community safe. You're out on the road in the snow, carefully operating heavy equipment to plow parking lots. As you clear the lot, you load the snow into trucks so you can remove it in a different location. You keep safety at the forefront while you work and stay aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents or mishaps.

If selected, you will work as an Engineering EquipmentOperator, WG-5716-08 or WG-5716-10, for the Roads team at Denali National Park and Preserve. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
WG-5716-08:
* Operates and maintains a variety of heavy engineering equipment including bulldozers, front-end loaders, backhoes, trench diggers, dump trucks, tractor, and trailers with a GVWR up to or exceeding 50,000 lbs. on varied terrain.
* Incumbents may be required to work at odd hours, at night or very early in the morning.
* Other duties as required by the position may include manual labor to install culverts or other road features.
WG-5716-10:
* Operates, maintains, and repairs a variety of heavy engineering equipment including graders, bulldozers, front-end loaders, backhoes, excavators, roller/compactors, gravel screening plants, and tractor and trailers with a GVWR up to or exceeding 50,000 lbs. on steep and varied mountainous terrain.

WG-5716-08 Working Conditions: This position is required to perform work both inside and outside with most of the work performed outside. When working outside, the incumbent is frequently exposed to inclement weather. The incumbent works in rain, mud, snow, and in hot/cold temperatures and is frequently exposed to irritation or discomfort from noise, vibration, dust, dirt, fumes, exhaust, oils, heat, cold, and dampness. The incumbent is exposed to the potential of injury due to the possibility of the equipment overturning, and may also be subject to receiving cuts, abrasions, bruises, and strains. The Alaska segment primarily explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and NGLs. In this role, you'll use your technical expertise to support our Komatsu underground equipment, prioritize safety, support customers' fleets, and work hands-on with a variety of underground heavy equipment and attachments.

Wage: $35.94 - $51.34 per hour - Dependent on your experience, plus various premiums dependent on the work you are performing.
Your role:
Performing assemblies, preventative maintenance, repairs and complete overhauls on underground heavy equipment and attachments.
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized or other testing equipment and provide recommendations on the extent of repairs.
Complete new equipment pre-delivery inspections, paperwork and options installations.
Complete service reports, timecards, warranty claim documentation, procedure creation and maintenance as required.
Define work scope to be completed and create a work schedule accordingly for yourself and/or other employees.
Work Environment:
This position will be required to work in confining underground environments at customer sites.
Have a strong awareness and attitude towards workplace health and safety - including understanding and complying with all requirements.
This position will require the ability to travel. This role may be required to travel in other SMS Equipment territory.

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily satellite payload operations, user authorizations, and system performance; ensure smooth functioning of SATCOM operations aligned with mission-critical needs.
• Strategic Customer Interface: Serve as the primary onsite representative for high-level customer interactions, providing clear status updates, resolving issues, and advocating for site needs in line with customer goals.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Oversee contract execution and ensure all site operations align with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Team Training & Certification: Maintain and update certification and training plans for team members, including onboarding for new systems and technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate regularly with government and other stakeholders, representing Clear SFS interests and promoting coordinated efforts with other EPS locations and government entities.
• Process Improvement & SOP Development: Support the development and refinement of operational procedures, ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment with the broader EPS mission.
• Integrated Logistics & Product Support: Perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities, including creating and maintaining the EPS-R Integrated Support Plan.
• System Engineering & Technical Analysis: Provide technical analysis, support system engineering assessments for new and emerging technologies, and offer recommendations to enhance operational readiness.

EDUCATION/TRAINING
• Must hold a IAM II (CompTia Sec +) certificate
• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex operations especially in remote or geographically separated sites
EXPERIENCE
• Experience: 10 years in management and operations within DoD/USG strategic communities, with experience in remote or site-specific management preferred
• SATCOM Expertise: Prior experience as a SATCOM operator/maintainer
• Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to support DoD, CJCS, USSTRATCOM, and USSF strategies
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Capable of leading cross-functional teams across DoD, particularly in a remote site context

There is the top tower, where guests arrive by means of a scenic Gondola ride before being securely strapped into the harness seat by you, the operator, and there is the bottom tower where guests are unstrapped by you, the operator. Ziprider team members will report to the supervisor as well as two team leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Conduct all activities and decisions according to Icy Strait Points guiding principles: BAP: Best, Authentic, Profitable· Always keep safety foremost in your mind and actions when on the job.· Duties & Responsibilities specific to the Zip Lineo Securely strap guests into harness seat at start of ride and out of harness seat at end of ride.o Also use a two-check process at the top tower. Summary:

* Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
* Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.
* Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

Minimum Requirements
