Mix chemicals and fertilizers accurately following prescribed formulas. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery. Report equipment malfunctions and ensure timely repairs are completed. Utilize onboard computer systems and technology within application equipment. Assist with major equipment repairs, painting, and facility maintenance during offseason. Support inventory movement, tracking, and accounting processes. Collaborate across divisions including Animal Nutrition, Grain, and Energy business units. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Agronomy Equipment Operator - Applicator - Required Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Commercial Applicator License (assistance provided to obtain if not currently held). Class A CDL (assistance provided to obtain if not currently held). Clean driving record. Previous applicator experience preferred; experience operating heavy machinery is a plus. Ability to work varied schedules and hours based on seasonal and weather conditions. Basic mathematical skills for accurate chemical mixing. Proficiency with computers and technology systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-directed with a proactive, action-oriented approach. Ability to identify objectives and recommend effective solutions. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Physical ability to lift at least 75 pounds. Comfort working with agricultural chemicals and fertilizers. Willingness to work outdoors year-round in varying conditions. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
