If you know how to move earth, expose coal cleanly, and keep production safe and steady, you'll fit right in. We want someone who takes pride in running big iron and understands the pace and demands of a working coal pit. Responsibilities Operate a CAT D11 for ripping, pushing, slot dozing, cast-back work, and maintaining active mining areas. Support overburden removal, coal uncovering, and pit progression, working closely with truck, loader, and dragline/shovel crews. Build and maintain coal benches, pit floors, haul roads, dump areas, and stockpiles to mine plan specs. Push and shape coal piles, maintain blends, and keep coal clean from contamination.
