The Lease Operator is responsible for safe and efficient daily operations of our natural gas system. This is a mid-level position which will require the ability to perform duties independently or with assistance as necessary. Responsibilities
Travel to each location to gather, record, and report all relevant information (i.e., gauges, levels, fluids, pressures, production, etc., in an accurate and consistent manner). This is applicable to Lease Operators only.
Inspect locations for any leaks, spills, and recognize any potential issues. Contact immediate supervisor with any relevant issues, or significant production loss in a timely manner. Applicable to lease operators, foreman, meter techs, and superintendents.
Record and process all paperwork, inspections, timecards, and expense reports in a timely manner.
Identify and diagnose any problems on location and repair without supervision.
Maintain and increase production through good, daily operations by properly utilizing tools the tools and equipment available.
Perform all other duties required for which the employee is qualified and trained.
Requirements
2+ years of oilfield experience
Competent with Microsoft Excel, Outlook Express, Cygnet, PRAMS, WellEZ, and Spotfire.
Must be able to perform simple daily tasks with hand tools.
Must have valid driver's license.

Physical Demands and Exposures

They will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards and expectations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Operate CTL to deploy lay flat hose, placing road crossing and manifolds where needed
Properly inspect and maintain equipment which includes but not limited to daily greasing, monitoring all fuel levels, taking note of any damage occurred, and ensuring adequate service intervals
Attend and participate in rig up and rig down meetings and ensure full understanding of the plan and can properly communicate the plan to teammates
Constantly communicate with Foreman on progress, changes, and needs for executing project plan
Ensure the compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: JSA's, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
Ensure work is executed to the highest standard while meeting the customers' expectations and is done safely and compliantly
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
At least one year of experience in Water Transfer preferred
Current Driver's License that allows driving a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds or greater
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred
Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
Drive a culture where our equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
Stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high
Work environment includes working outdoors in elements/weather
