S.A. Comunale is seeking a EquipmentOperator / Loader. The EquipmentOperator /Loader will work alongside other fabrication shop yard employees to move material to the appropriate locations, load and unload of materials, and maintain the yard organization. This position is represented by the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union #219.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast paced multi tasked environment with a focus on details and accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Fill production lines with pipes as needed.
Keeping yard organized and maintained is critical, keeping FIFO (First In First Out) process in mind.
Loading and unloading of truck materials.
Unloading pipe carts.
Loading equipment that is to be transported.
Maneuver semi-trailers and flatbed trucks safely within the yard to load materials as needed.
Operation of industrial trucks and lifts throughout the yard.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required.
Lull operating experience is required.
Experience operating a forklift is required.
2+ years of experience with loading and unloading semis is a plus.
Experience working in a fabrication or maintenance shop is a plus.
Basic computer skills are required.

Main Responsibilities

* Must have a basic knowledge of the mechanics and hydraulics of the machine.

Working Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; however, schedule may vary to meet departmental needs.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler and handle all equipment correctly and safely.
Perform other duties as assigned.
