10:45pm to 7:15am - Sunday to Thursday - $23.50/hr
Qualifications:
Sound judgment for use in machine troubleshooting and product disposition.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma, or GED with 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; or Technical Certificate with associated relevant experience.
Work Environment.
Work involves use of manufacturing equipment or close proximity to equipment. May be exposed to biohazards and/or chemicals.
Work environment can range from clean room and proper gowning requirements to a production area that is open, potentially noisy, and with moving equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs.
Recurring physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, bilateral motion involving hands, wrists, and upper body.
Concentrated visual attention to perform checks on products and components.
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
Position Summary
The Equipment Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring continued operation through interpretation of and response to machine faults, and line clearance needs.
Perform start-up operation from power off/cold state; complete equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklist.
Conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks.
Participate in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation.
Perform work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition and inventory management systems
Pull test samples for Quality Control in process inspection, remove completed production from machine and place in finished goods totes.
Fill component Hoppers/Bowls as required to maintain production.
Perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues; escalate to assigned Technician when required to ensure resolution. Perform line clearance activities and return equipment to proper operation.
Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers; note issues that prevented goal attainment (downtime, waste, quality, etc.)
Submit machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services.
Ensure that product not meeting quality specifications is processed under non-conformance procedures/requirements.
Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.

Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Summary:
The basic purpose of this position is to run all necessary equipment and processes in the quarry operation. In doing so, identify color of stone needed, drill holes for explosives and assist with blasting process, break rocks down to crushable size, load trucks with stone, transport stone from areas of the quarry, and run the stone through the crusher.
The Quarry Technician position is a continuum beginning at Quarry Technician and progressing through Quarry Technician 4 as skills are gained. Level is determined through the use of training checklist and the accumulation of points as skills are gained. Employees may be assigned to perform any task for which they have been qualified. Employees may also be assigned to positions for which they are working to become qualified as a portion of the training process. The duties for all grandfathered Quarry production positions also fall within the scope of this job description.
Pay rate range: $29.54/hr to $40.03/hour

Duties and Responsibilities
* Constructs and Repairs Pavements - Constructs and repairs airfield pavements, roads, curbs, surface mats, membranes, and other areas using paving and surfacing procedures. Repairs damage or defective areas by removing and replacing joints and crack sealing, surface overlays, and seal coats. Selects, uses, and applies vegetation fertilizers, mulches and topsoil.
* Operates Construction Equipment - Operates various types of construction equipment under conditions requiring knowledge, skills and techniques necessary to finish grade, level, slope, compact, and perform other construction equipment operations. Job Description:
Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury or property damage.
Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required
Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
Advise Operations of any requirements for maintenance or repairs
Participate in routine maintenance
Practice workplace safety
Perform daily vehicle inspection - report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage to the vehicles before and after each route.
Ensure safe loading, transfer and unloading of materials to and from work sites
Minimum Job Specifications
Knowledge of truck and equipment safety
Knowledge of operation of front end loaders, dozers, graders, and other heavy equipment
Knowledge of road construction and maintenance techniques
Must be able to perform physical labor activities while standing, walking or kneeling for long periods of time, which may include work within confined spaces.
Ability to lift or exert force exceeding 50 lbs.
Must be capable of understanding instructions provided in the English language
Minimum Training Requirements
Valid CDL License, Class A or Class B

Position Summary:
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining heavy and support equipment safely and professionally. This position requires a valid driver's license and a medical card.
Your Role:
Diagnose mechanical problems through Cat E.T. and Volvo Prosis/Tech tool software.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including but not limited to hydraulic, brake, and electrical systems, transmissions, engines, etc., to maximize safe and productive operations.
Replace parts such as bearings, engines, cylinders, and screens.
Overhauls of equipment such as loaders, excavators, sweepers, grinders, etc.
Reads and interprets vehicle condition reports (VCR) and daily DVIRs from operators. and orders
Communicates problems as well as preventative techniques with equipment users and vehicle drivers, as well as supervisors.
Completes all necessary paperwork for repairing vehicles and documenting parts usage.

Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.
Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act, and other federal, state, and local standards.
