ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Move bulk and break-bulk material and cargo, and/or load trucks, through the use of heavy equipment including: A front-end loader, bulldozer, excavator, tri-axle dump truck, forklift and/or crane.
Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform general labor tasks to assist with material processing, property maintenance, pile maintenance, or other projects as needed.
Perform general labor tasks associated with the use, care, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment.
Perform daily clean-up of the work site.
Follow all safety and operational policies, regulations, and programs.
Successfully complete all required training programs.
Interact effectively with other employees.
Perform other duties as assigned and assist other staff as needed.
Travel to other Company operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and transportation, required. A CDL is preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience operating heavy equipment including: front-end loader , bulldozer, excavator, heavy forklift, cranes, CDL Class B trucks.
Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, and/or overnight shifts required.
Ability to travel to other Company operations when needed.
Qualified individuals must have or meet the eligibility requirements for a TWIC.

The EquipmentOperator is responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. As an associate you will be working within one of several teams:
* Receiving:This team accepts our customers' new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
* Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming.
* Packing:The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. Blue World is looking for an experienced EquipmentOperator to start immediately in our New Jersey office. We are looking for a candidate with experience operating hydraulic excavators, dozers, and loaders in varying soil conditions, working varied shifts in the field under various climates. Experience with excavators from mini to 80,000 lbs. excavating trenches for pipes/conduits, foundations, loading haul trucks, light clearing/demo, minor grading and similar tasks is preferred. This position requires a person willing to be a “jack of all trades,” in that operator experience is necessary, but the ability to hop off the machine and work within the crew performing other tasks such as maintenance, prep, clearing/cutting, pipe installation above/below ground, welding, minor carpentry, HDPE fusion and other field construction tasks is required. **Essential Functions:**
+ Moves material to and from designated areas under direct supervision while learning to operateequipment (forklift or loader only).
+ Inspects incoming material and fills out necessary paperwork.
+ Conducts daily inspection of equipment.
+ Follows all safety rules and procedures.
+ Maintains a safe and clean work area.
+ Handles special projects, as assigned.
**Essential:** Drivers License - Class C
**Nonessential:** Commercial Drivers License - Class A
**Education and Experience Requirements**
+ Education: No Degree Required
+ **Experience:** No Experience Required, 1 year manufacturing, warehouse or construction experience preferred
