Individually, and in partnership with other co-workers, perform seasonal inventory production-line resets. When applicable, assist in the loading and unloading of trucks. Job Description Operates small and large equipment such as tractors, large vehicles, forklifts, mowers, etc. while performing duties which serve general track maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury according to all relevant policies and procedures. Perform safety and maintenance checks to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel. Maintain inventory of any and all necessary supplies. Advise the Track Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repairs. Clean backside areas in order to maintain suitable appearance and sanitation standards or facility. Complete all work assignments on time and with accuracy. Be advised of the week-to-week work schedule and any changes made according to business needs. Follow the directives of all department SOPs and policies regarding uniforms, communications, and work duties. Responsible for carrying out all duties with safety as a priority. Qualifications High School diploma and/or 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must have a valid Driver's License. Requires acute visual perception abilities to accurately judge distances as well as a mechanical aptitude. Must be able to work under minimal supervision and have good time management skills. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Requires a high energy individual with a positive attitude who can demonstrate good communication skills in a team environment.
