You will follow all plant safety procedures, ensure consistent and effective equipment operation, and perform regular maintenance to keep machinery in optimal working condition. What you will be doing Operate front-end loader to move materials between aggregate stockpiles, storage bins, hoppers, and haul trucks to support efficient plant operations. Maintain proper inventory levels and organized stockpiles within the yard and bin areas. Collect aggregate load tickets and submit them daily to the batch office. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning, fueling, greasing, and completing daily service inspections. Assist with additional maintenance tasks such as cleaning bins, washout ponds (if applicable), and other plant areas. Support a safe and efficient workplace by maintaining clean, organized work areas and participating in regular housekeeping duties. Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable safety and quality standards, including OSHA regulations. What we would like from you Reliable attendance and flexibility to work irregular hours, including scheduled Saturdays. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. Related industry experience is a plus. Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a plant environment is preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
