Candidates must have experience running loaders, dozers, excavators and various other machines. Candidates must also have knowledge of site work, earth moving, and utilities installation. Experience with pipe and/or utility work is a plus. We are seeking someone who is motivated, hands-on, self-starter with a proven track record.

Heavy equipment operator job in Old Bridge, NJ
Esposito Construction is seeking an
Equipment Operator
with field experience for various job sites across the state. Specifically we are looking for team members in NJ. Candidates must have experience running loaders, dozers, excavators and various other machines. Candidates must also have knowledge of site work, earth moving, and utilities installation. Experience with pipe and/or utility work is a plus. We are seeking someone who is motivated, hands-on, self-starter with a proven track record.

Pay: Flexible, experience based $25-40 DOE
Responsibilities:
Operating equipment and heavy machinery
Participating and helping plan day to day crew operations
Communicating with sub-contractors
Coordinating equipment and materials required for work assigned
Providing input for daily and weekly reports for the job
Adhering to timelines and communicating when necessary if delays are anticipated
Maintaining and helping grow our safety culture
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in team setting
Pipe experience preferred but not required
Physically capable to work on your feet and lift/move material productively
Must have a good pair of work boots
OSHA 10 and/or 30 Preferred
