Looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic experienced in repairing large, off-road, construction type equipment in an industrial environment. Must be self-starter with the ability to complete diagnostics, troubleshoot and complete repairs to heavy off-road equipment such as pot carriers, loaders, material handlers, fork trucks, and cranes. Knowledge and experience with diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems and/or electronics preferred. Welding and fabrication skills are a plus. Must be able to understand technical manuals, illustrations, specifications, diagrams, schematics, and similar guides to make repairs and modifications according to OEM specifications and procedures. What You'll Be Doing: Operating hydrovac equipment and performing hydrovac duties in a variety of working environments, including confined spaces Driving our hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time) Attending safety meetings Performing routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipment Preparing work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing potential hazards Documenting and reporting all Badger, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork accurately and efficiently

Complete Case Snow classroom training and onsite training. Communicate regularly with the Site Manager assigned and report to site as directed. Visually inspect equipment, including pusher and attachment. Safely and efficiently operate equipment to clear site, according to the plow map, and as directed by Site Manager. Perform equipment maintenance as requested (greasing machines, cleaning windshields, etc.). Requirements: 2+ years of operating experience Knowledge of site equipment used for snow removal Has transportation to and from site Available 24/7 as weather demands Enjoys working as a team onsite Applicable engineering hydraulic/hoisting license and/or DOT medical card
