Who You Are Previous experience in construction, recycling, mining, or other heavy work environments. Experience with Wheel loaders, Skid-Steer Loaders and Backhoe Loaders required. Observe and adjust water pressure, flow, and treatment agents levels. Move, load, and organize materials to maintain steady workflow and clean stockpiles. Inspect equipment during your shift, report issues right away, and help with light maintenance or cleanup. Learn to operate additional machinery over time with on-the-job training.
