The EquipmentOperator, Print and Auto Inspection role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth clinical label manufacturing processes by computerizing (print) variable/static text on labels using niche automated inspection inkjet equipment within a team that is dynamic and fast-paced.
A Day in the Life:
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the label manufacturing process of a wide array of label constructions using both automated and non-automated inkjet equipment following client-approved proofs and associated documents to manufacture labels per established specifications.
Sets up computerization production runs using the proprietary software application CLPS, as per department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) while monitoring all label production processing for accuracy and completeness by applying current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in all areas of responsibility safely and efficiently.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge and experience in the printing or manufacturing industry with proficiency in computer operations of transferring data, MS excel and outlook, file management, are required.
Candidates should be mechanically inclined with the ability to accurately read measurements, troubleshoot issues, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify potential solutions associated with various label constructions, skills in handling fanfold and rolled materials, performing roll splicing using manual equipment, and operating computerized digital inkjet equipment are also important

**Here's what you'd do:**
The Snow EquipmentOperator must be interested in learning to do all aspects of snow removal during the winter.
**You'd be responsible for:**
+ Removing snow using a snow plow and heavy equipment for several hours at a time, depending on the amount of snowfall
+ Being available each time it snows and report either to a central location or directly to the jobsite
+ Removing snow in appropriate locations, avoiding piling it on trees, shrubs, fire hydrants or sidewalks

**You might be a good fit if you have:**

HIRING SALARY:

Job Overview
As a Power EquipmentOperator, you're an essential part of our behind-the-scenes team-keeping things moving so customers get what they need, when they need it. What You Will Do
OperateEquipment Safely: Use different industrial trucks, including stock pickers and reach trucks at heights up to 40 feet. Navigate narrow aisles using power equipment to pick, pull, put away, stack, and count merchandise to meet standards.
Technology: Input data accurately and efficiently using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices, while mastering area-specific functions across various systems (including warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
Safety: Safely work in narrow aisles and up to 40 feet high with a harness while moving equipment. Report on equipment failures, damage, accidents, and environmental issues affecting safety to the committee promptly.
Team Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and People Leaders. Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

The EquipmentOperator, Print and Auto Inspection role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth clinical label manufacturing processes by computerizing (print) variable/static text on labels using niche automated inspection inkjet equipment within a team that is dynamic and fast-paced.
A Day in the Life:
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the label manufacturing process of a wide array of label constructions using both automated and non-automated inkjet equipment following client-approved proofs and associated documents to manufacture labels per established specifications.
Sets up computerization production runs using the proprietary software application CLPS, as per department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) while monitoring all label production processing for accuracy and completeness by applying current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in all areas of responsibility safely and efficiently.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge and experience in the printing or manufacturing industry with proficiency in computer operations of transferring data, MS excel and outlook, file management, are required.

JOB SUMMARY Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial vehicles, including forklifts, railcar movers, container handlers, and terminal tractors. Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repair work in the field at customer sites. Prioritize work orders, comply with safety incident reporting, and ensure all paperwork is submitted timely and accurately. Provide excellent customer service and maintain company-provided assets, including all work tools and vans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer breakdowns; provide proper repairs to minimize equipment downtime and initiate estimates for on-site repairs.
Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
Perform routine scheduled maintenance, including standard inspections, repair and replace defective parts, lubricate parts, and repair electrical equipment.
Inspect used parts to determine changes in factory specifications.
Review repair work and scheduled maintenance results with customers, communicating any potential issues. Responsible for field quoting and communicating services to customers.
Utilize the Mobile Service application to close the day, fill out work orders, obtain customer signatures, finalize jobs, and mark them as complete.
Provide daily status updates to the dispatchers and review any customer issues or concerns with the dispatcher and account manager.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical certification preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in a service technician role.
Previous experience with hydraulics and computer diagnostics. Ability to interpret and apply schematic diagrams.
Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to insurance company.
Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize demands and execute tasks.
Strong attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to operate machines.

They are responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of clinical trial study labels directly impacting the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing processes.
A Day in the Life:
Manufactures a wide array of label constructions using automated inkjet equipment following client-approved proofs and associated documentation to manufacture labels per established specifications.
Sets up computerization production runs and bulk transfer labels using the proprietary software application CLPS, as per department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) while monitoring all label production processing for accuracy and completeness by applying current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in all areas of responsibility safely and efficiently.
Works independently in planning, setting up, and manufacturing a wide array of label constructions that meet client specifications while all equipment in the area of responsibility is maintained as per standard procedures and safety guidelines including keeping up with all current preventative maintenance practices and cleaning daily.
Education:

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
