JOB SUMMARY

Acts as a back-up race track operator to ensure the integrity of the United Tote system.
Monitor error logs, system alerts, and communication networks. Report errors per guidelines including escalation based on established protocols.
Responsible for data entry into scheduling system and validating the accuracy of the entries.
Efficiently and accurately completes all tasks on the daily checklist.
Acts as a project team member for assigned projects.
Performs User Acceptance Testing for new software versions.
Efficiently and accurately completes system configuration requests as assigned.
Monitor for race processing errors and perform preliminary troubleshooting. Escalate race processing errors to the appropriate parties, when necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain racing licenses as required by state law and pass a background check.

About the Distribution Center Team
Bi-Mart's distribution center, truck shop, and logistics department are based in Eugene, Oregon, supporting 84 stores across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Our fleet of trucks is maintained by skilled mechanics and driven by dedicated drivers with exemplary safety records.

About the Position
EquipmentOperators use elevated picking and loading power equipment to select and transport products of varying weights, sizes, and shapes. Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
Education and Experience:
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced equipmentoperator & crusher laborer to join our mining operations team. This role combines hand-on equipmentoperation with essential maintenance duties to ensure optimal crushing plant performance. Manual labor is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Operating multiple pieces of mining equipment with precision and efficiency, including dozer, high wall excavator, skid steer, front end loader, and haul truck, while adhering to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Performing comprehensive maintenance tasks throughout the crusher plant, including regular lubrication, cleaning, and basic repairs to maintain equipment reliability and extend operational lifespan.
• Supporting the crusher plant operator in daily operations, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring continuous production flow while maintaining quality standards.
• Actively participating in safety compliance by identifying potential hazards, following established safety procedures, and promoting a culture of workplace safety amount team members.
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated understanding of crusher operations, conveyor systems, and maintenance procedures
• Valid certifications for relevant heavy equipmentoperation
• Strong safety awareness and proven track record of following safety protocols
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and operateequipment for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Previous experience in mining or aggregate operations
