Performing pre- and post-operation inspections of heavy equipment in accordance with standard safety and company policy measures. Monitoring and maintaining equipment, as needed throughout operation, to ensure proper performance and safety and to avoid down time. Working closely with and under the direction of a crew lead/foreman/superintendent. Performing general labor tasks, as needed, to support projects when operating heavy equipment is halted. Ensuring that all field procedures and safety protocols are followed in compliance with company- and client-specific requirements. Reporting to job sites as directed. Travel and work at remote locations requiring out-of-town stays for periods of a few days to several weeks at a time may be required.
