Primary Responsibilities Food Safety is the responsibility of all Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees. All Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees must be aware of CCPs in their area and how to document them appropriately. All staff must report food safety and quality problems to their immediate supervisor in charge during their shift. Retrieve fruit from yard as per the fruit run schedule. Unload fruit at the fruit offloading ramps. Notify Supervisor/Relief Foreman if loads are found to be mixed with other varietals or containing foreign objects. Ability to record individual load start/stop times using barcode scanner and HMI. Weigh fruit loads at the scale prior to delivery to the fruit receiving station. Perform clean up on fruit receiving ramp when ramp is not in use.
