Position Summary:
The EquipmentOperator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures, and performing routine maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures, including reporting all accidents, incidents, and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value - Safety, first in everything we do.
Complete equipment condition reports and daily checklists for assigned equipment, providing updates to the Project Superintendent daily.
Perform regular cleaning of machines, including daily sweeping of cabs, trash removal, weekly interior cleaning, and bi-weekly lubrication of doors and windows.
Understand and follow all Company safety policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of both you and those working in your vicinity.
Monitor and report equipment fuel levels to the Superintendent or Foreman daily to ensure timely refueling.
Note any needed supplies or issues with the equipment, such as grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, or the need for steam cleaning, and inform the Superintendent.

Position Summary:
The EquipmentOperator performs duties relevant to safely and effectively operating heavy equipment in the course of daily operations. The EquipmentOperator also makes sure the operations floor is clear of obstacles, as well as that traffic flows smoothly, efficiently, and safely to maintain production.
Your Role:
Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment to maintain productivity in the effective operation of the transfer starting or material recovery facility during daily operations.
Ensures that the operation area is consistently clear of obstacles and that traffic is flowing smoothly.
Performs general house duties in assigned areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of the facility.
Keeps the entire floor clean and maintained by use of bobcats, front-end loaders, excavators, and/or similar equipment such as industrial forklifts, man lifts, and skid steer-type loaders.
Loads and monitors the conveyor system with a loader based on the facility.
Load and unload trucks with a skid steer and forklift based on a daily schedule.
Performs routine maintenance checks on mobile equipment and facility equipment and reports malfunctions to the Supervisor.
Work all assigned shifts from the scheduled start to the scheduled end time.
Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace.

Position Summary:
The EquipmentOperator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures, and performing routine maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures, including reporting all accidents, incidents, and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value - Safety, first in everything we do.
Complete equipment condition reports and daily checklists for assigned equipment, providing updates to the Project Superintendent daily.
Perform regular cleaning of machines, including daily sweeping of cabs, trash removal, weekly interior cleaning, and bi-weekly lubrication of doors and windows.
Understand and follow all Company safety policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of both yourself and those working in your vicinity.
Monitor and report equipment fuel levels to the Superintendent or Foreman daily to ensure timely refueling.
Note any needed supplies or issues with the equipment, such as grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, or the need for steam cleaning, and inform the Superintendent.

Duties:

Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs or adjustments as needed.
Maintain accurate production records, including output counts and downtime logs.

Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and use of PPE.

Qualifications:

Job Description
The EquipmentOperator will be responsible for safe and efficient operation primarily using a front-end loader and the occasional operation of other heavy equipment to transport earthen material, process equipment, and components. Additional responsibilities include performing physical and manual labor-related tasks such as maintenance, cleaning and manually material sorting
Primary Responsibilities:
* Safe and efficient operation primarily using a front-end loader.
* Perform pre-trip inspections and grease fittings as needed prior to operation of equipment.
* Provide guidance and serve as a spotter for trucks arriving and departing from the process operations.
* Maintain clean process operations, ensuring that both work area and equipment remain free from clutter. Responsible for ensuring that work area is clean and organized at the end of the shift.
* Willingness to fill in for operations and/or maintenance staff as needed.
* Participate in pre-shift and post-shift safety and operational meetings.
* Adhere to all company and governmental safety regulations.
* Perform other reasonably related tasks and additional duties as assigned by supervisor/management
Qualifications
Basic Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience operating, >3yr front-end loader.
* Experience operating of heavy equipment including haul truck, water truck, telehandler forklift, skid steer, and excavator a plus.
* Mechanical aptitude/ability a plus
* Ability to speak, understand and write in English.
* Ability to walk over uneven surfaces and climb onto equipment.
* Ability to bend and to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
* Must be able to work outdoors in hot and cold temperatures.
* Must be able to work in a busy, often distracting work environment.
* Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment eye protection, steel toed shoes, hard hat, hearing protection and Tyvek coveralls.
* Capability to work overtime and various shifts which may include weekends.
* Good work ethic, self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to deal politely and professionally with coworkers and company visitors
