Job Summary: The Grading Skid Loader Operator is responsible for operating a skid steer/loader to perform fine grading, base preparation, and material handling for asphalt paving projects. This position plays a vital role in ensuring subgrades are level, compacted, and properly sloped to support long-lasting pavement installations.

Heavy EquipmentOperators create value by safely operatingequipment in our pet coke loading unit. Operators in this area are dedicated to the loading of rail cars, trucks and coke pile management. Successful operators work collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the facility meets its goals in safety, production, and quality.
Our Team
We are a team of heavy equipmentoperators that manage a sizable pet coke pile of 200,000-500,000 tons of product a day. We operate a fleet of 5 Komatsu front loaders, dump trucks, CAT D9 Dozer, and a Sennebogen 860. Together, we load about 130 trucks and railcars per day. The end use of pet coke varies, but is most commonly used as heating fuel.
What You Will Do
Operate heavy equipment per operating procedures with safety as the top priority
Work rotating 12 hour shifts (DuPont shift schedule pattern) which includes holidays, weekends and overtime as needed

Purpose
Eureka Recycling's Heavy EquipmentOperator performs work primarily in the area of equipmentoperation at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF). Operate material handling equipment such as: front-end loader, excavator, bobcat, forklift, skid-steer, backhoe, track mobile, conveyor systems, and warehouse systems.
Perform required functions for storage and transfer of customer products handled outside of the ware house, such as fertilizers, super sacks, salt and steel.
Perform duties to move, secure, release, open and close barges and railcars.

Qualifications:
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform confined space entries, and work at heights of 75-148 feet.
Must have the knowledge and ability or be willing to be trained to operate the scales and load-out systems to ensure proper product loading, weighing of customer trucks, and documentation of information needed for the accurate preparation of bills of lading, invoices, account records, etc.
Must be able to assist with entry into Terminal's computerized inventory and shipping system. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.
Ideal candidates will have experience in operating material handler/crane, front-end loader, skid-steer, or other equipment that may be required to perform product transfer.

Job Summary: The Dozer Operator is responsible for operating a bulldozer to move earth, rock, and other materials on construction sites in preparation for grading, trenching, excavation, or roadwork. This position requires precision, attention to safety, and the ability to follow project plans and supervisor direction.

Job Duties & Requirements:

* Operate a dozer to cut, spread, and level dirt, gravel, and stone.
* Grade surfaces according to blueprints, GPS guidance, stakes, or verbal instructions.
* Perform backfilling, embankment shaping, and slope work as required.
* Push and compact materials to ensure site compaction requirements are met.
* Conduct daily pre- and post-operationequipment inspections.
* Maintain equipment cleanliness and report mechanical issues to the supervisor or mechanic.
* Work safely around other heavy equipment and personnel on active construction sites.
* Follow site-specific safety plans and company policies.
* Assist with basic labor or site preparation tasks when equipment work is not required.
* Assist with general labor duties on the paving crew when not operating the tack truck.
* Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
* Follow company and industry safety standards and procedures at all times.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* 2+ years of experience operating a dozer in a construction or grading environment.
* Ability to read and understand grade stakes and jobsite layouts.
* Familiarity with GPS machine control systems preferred.
* Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
* Willingness to work extended hours, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
* High school education or GED equivalent.
* Strong team player
