Management is the worst! The SR VP, Craig Savell, who is the supervisor for the retail team is the most inappropriate. You get warned about him when you start and if he doesn't like you he will push you to the point where you are in tears and quit. He talks about a persons weight and makes racist comments. The chief administrative officer who is also "HR", Dolores Huerta, is so inappropriate. If you do anything personal, like make a withdrawal from your 401k, she will let your boss know what you are doing and tell them to offer us a loan instead of keeping your business private and confidential. The COO, Natalie Jones, is rude and unprofessional. She will tell some subordinate workers private confidential information that they shouldn't know and complains to those same workers about other subordinate workers. The CEO, Don Ford, knows about all the complaints made but dismisses them and lets these executives know who's complaining about them and then they face retaliation from all. You get no help or support from these top leaders. And on top of all that you are OVERCHARGED for the crapiest health insurance that covers absolutely NOTHING and not one of the leaders even has the plan they offer their employee to buy. $60 a wk for single and $140 if you add kids. The "quarterly bonus" is structed to where you have your loan goal to meet but if the whole team doesn't make the team goal you don't get a bonus, no matter hard you work. And you are encouraged to not make friends because if you do they get on you. And they encourage the private bankers to not associate with personal bankers because they are told by the Craig that they are they Elite and the personal bankers want to be them when in reality they don't. You get no help or training if you do get promoted into private. and its not even a promotion because you have to apply for the position and go through an interview process just to be told you wont get a raise because its a lateral move. Absolutely the worst most Toxic atmosphere EVER! Even members complain about Craig. This is not a family. These executive just care about their bonus and they purposely chose the location on 1604 because that is where all the executives live. When you get hired you get told all the stories of the ex employee that quit because of Craig and his buddies that have his back and condone his terrible behavior.
No weekends
Nothing! They are the absolute worst
Fire entire executive teams and start over
Don’t even bother
Far below for the enormous workload
Unless you’re whites you get treated like shit
No Joy here. The second you have any, they will take it away
