POSITION SUMMARY
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment in support of the housekeeping department at an OAK property. They are to clean all private offices and public common areas including the general store, restrooms, and accommodation units while maintaining departmental standards. The Housekeeper consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging customer service. Proper maintenance of the housekeeping tools and equipment is essential. Housekeepers work as part of a diverse team to meet and exceed brand standards.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Clean and style accommodation rooms and public areas efficiently, to brand expectations, with great attention to detail and within time standards.
Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, lines, and applicable collateral to ensure all items are available for guest use.
Take a proactive approach to prevent guest challenges by inspecting your work, identifying and communicating maintenance concerns, and replacing items when necessary.
Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner and in order of priority.
Take ownership to resolve guest challenges, working collaboratively with the guest services team and property leadership.
Fill out appropriate forms and turn in any items left by guest to the housekeeping supervisor.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Remove bedding and count linens in the room, then make beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Wash, dry and fold laundry as required.
Pick up debris from floors and empty trash in wastebaskets.
Clean mirrors, shelves, dishes, door frames, and furniture. Dust all surfaces, vacuum and sweep floors, and arrange furniture properly.
Sanitize kitchen and bathrooms, scrub basins, tubs, toilets, and floors with appropriate chemical solutions in accordance with industry standards and company policy while using protective equipment.
Sign out and sign in master room keys daily. Never loan out keys to another individual or remove them from the property.
Conserves energy by closing shades or blinds and turning up air conditioning in unoccupied rooms.
Report room condition and status to housekeeping supervisor and guest services.
Retrieve, stock, restock and store the housekeeping cart according to prescribed housekeeping safety and security procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of all areas of campground.

Processes laundry to include loading, operating and unloading washers and dryers: responsible for washing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths; and folding and ironing.

POSITION SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain maintenance standards for both guest rooms and public areas, following company and franchise guidelines.
Train maintenance personnel in all aspects of property upkeep and provide basic training to other staff members as needed.
Review and resolve maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders, prioritizing and scheduling assignments accordingly.
Ensure property and equipment are maintained safely, with all repairs made per manufacturer specifications.
Uphold the integrity of the hotel's safety and security programs, particularly related to HazMat, Bloodborne Pathogens, SDS, and OSHA compliance.
Maintain the hotel's pool, ensuring cleanliness, appearance, and chemical balance while completing maintenance logs.
Function as an independent mechanic, analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and implementing repairs to a high standard.
Respond to emergencies, acting as needed to protect guests, staff, and the building's systems.
Monitor fire alarm and life safety systems, ensuring full understanding of operations and handling emergencies appropriately.
Solicit bids from contractors, evaluate proposals, ensure compliance with specifications, and verify valid liability insurance.
Maintain building exterior, including grounds and landscaping, ensuring a presentable and safe environment.
Maintain thorough maintenance logs, inventory, and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program, ensuring ongoing upkeep of the property.
Perform or assist with periodic cleaning projects as scheduled.
Support energy management programs to optimize resource use.
Assist other departments as needed and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

POSITION SUMMARY
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining a visually appealing and functional outdoor space for campground guests to enjoy. Their job is to perform a variety of tasks like mowing grass, raking leaves, pruning trees and shrubs, trash pickup and removal, watering plants, removing weeds, cleaning benches and other structures, and applying pest control methods to plant life. Proper maintenance of the lawn and maintenance equipment is essential. They will commonly work with a team to pull weeds, deadhead flowers, and perform more labor-intensive tasks like painting buildings and equipment, repairing fountains, chopping tree branches, and moving debris in a wheelbarrow. A Groundskeeper is someone who has a passion for working outside, regardless of the weather. They have a detailed understanding of which plants work best for their climate and plant flowers and other greenery in accordance with the seasons. They will need to haul heavy bags of soil or fertilizer and operate lawnmowers, leaf blowers and chain saws, in a safe and efficient manner.

We're looking for experienced, hardworking individuals with experience. Especially people with experience in prepping recipes from scratch.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Follow recipes and prep lists.
Measure and assemble ingredients accurately to maintain consistency.
Set up and organize workstations before and during service.
Ensure all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Monitor and adjust cooking temperatures to ensure food quality.
Adhere to portion control and presentation standards.
Stay informed about new cooking techniques and trends.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of orders during service.
Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Manager and other team members.
Inventory Management:
Assist in inventory control by monitoring and restocking ingredients as needed.
Report any shortages or discrepancies to the Kitchen Manager.
Quality Control:
Inspect food for quality and freshness before it is served.
Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet established quality standards.
Work efficiently to meet service demands and maintain timely order completion.
Prioritize tasks to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Assist in the routine maintenance and cleaning of kitchen appliances.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook.
Knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Team player mentality with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Store Lead (SL) is responsible for the overall store inventory management. They will be able to enhance the store appearance and customer satisfaction while meeting sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. The SL should have a strong background in retail management, understand inventory processes and be comfortable building relationships with vendors and knowing what products and prices are best suited for the campground.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Design creative displays and adjust according to sales, season and product.
Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising reports, determining additional needed sales promotions, authorizing clearance sales and studying trends.
Assess and maintain proper inventory levels and turnover rate through an inventory control system.
Prepare reports as required, relating to procedures, efficiency, sales, etc.
Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
Attend industry shows and purchase product under the direction of management.
Perform inventory audits according to expected property timelines.
Build relationships with vendors, report on any buying trends and understand customer demands.
Coordinate building of displays and inventory control with guest services team.
Provide training to guest services team as needed.
Fully comprehend and utilize functions of the front desk computer inventory system.
Approach all encounters with guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
Foster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement, morale and is dedicated to delivering KOAs Culture, Mission, Values and Goals.
Directed by GM/AGM, monitor and implement the department safety program, which ensures that all OAK employees work in a safe and hazard free environment that complies with various local, state, and federal safety requirements.

Able to work inside and outdoors and in various climates.
Able to travel by airplane and automobile.
