This is an excellent opportunity for energetic, reliable individuals with a “can do” approach to life. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the production, mixing, packaging and quality control of products and reagents used in the commercial water treatment industry. This is a full-time, 40 hour-a-week, hourly position working in a climate-controlled environment that includes health and wellness benefits, bonus opportunities, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement match with no vesting, and more. Requires an ability to be attentive to details, maintain the highest standards of safety and quality, and a willingness to work together to execute daily production goals. AquaPhoenix Scientific considers applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and work experience; however, applicants for the Production Associate - Industrial team position will frequently have a combined education and/or work experience that is a minimum of a high school diploma or similar and at least two years' or more experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Other key areas of responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist in the production of industrial reagents according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately label, package, prepare and store products for shipment. Take ownership for the quality and integrity of components and finished goods. Perform quality control tests to ensure product consistency and compliance. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Mobility and strength to stand, sit, move, bend, twist for extended periods of time. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion. Physically be able to move 55-gallon drums in and out of stored area. Visual ability includes close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Document production related activities related to ISO/customer/business requirements. Attend job training related to production for professional growth and advancement. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as required. Participate in continuous improvement activities helping to increase production efficiency, corrective actions, and work environment.
