Job Summary: Driving to various work sites to complete inventory of consignment parts. Position requires accurate inventory counts, detailed paperwork and strong communication skills. Duties/Responsibilities: • Counts, weighs and accurately identifies all items in inventory. Ensures that materials are verified against vendor's invoices, bills of lading, customer orders, shipping documents and or other documentation • Completes cycle counting and reconciliation in SAP • Maintains accurate records of damaged or defective items and discrepancies in quantities and weights and records critical information such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or shipped. Provides accurate and timely documentation per work instructions to ensure accuracy of data entered into the ERP system • Prepares items for shipments. Pulls parts, adequately packages items for safe transit, appropriately labels items for accurate shipping and notifies carriers as required to ensure timely shipment of materials • Operates forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, pneumatic lifts and utilizes ladders, steps, rolling carts or other material handling equipment to safely access and move materials • Utilizes computer to prepare shipping documents, reconcile shipping records with carriers and records data. Communicates via email with internal and external customers, vendors and transportation companies • Uses computer to perform data entry in business system (SAP) or other computer applications which may Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel documents • Serves as a resource with full knowledge of warehouse procedures and functions. • Works directly with outside customers on transportation and shipment of goods; may deliver and pick up material from customers or vendors • Performs all work in accordance with established safety and quality management procedures • Regular attendance and compliance with all Company policies and rules is an essential function for the job. General Overview: The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Loader and other Heavy Equipment. Scope of Responsibility: This position performs production within prescribed codes, and according to prescribed procedures, specifications, and drawings. As an applicant, a 2F Evaluation will be administered to determine skillset and knowledge base. Must be able to pass and qualify to a GMAW 2G weld test that meets visual acceptance criteria before being offered the Welder C position. Bend testing will take place after accepting the job offer. Essential Duties: * Knowledge of general safety guidelines. Sabre specific safety guidelines will be taught on site. * Wears required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Works Independently with minimal supervision on assignments as directed by the Supervisor. Displays a strong sense of ownership for work. * Flexible and Adaptable: has the ability to readily switch tasks when directed. * Sabre's quality expectations and application in the workplace will be taught during onboarding and On the Job Training. * Basic understanding of blueprints and weld symbols. * Adjust welding machines within parameters of welding procedure specifications (WPS). * Frequently pushes, pulls and lift, up to 50 pounds. * Uses oxy-fuel torch to pre-heat parts to be welded in accordance with welding procedure specifications (WPS). * Uses GMAW welding process (Spray Arc transfer) to weld components or assemblies. * Uses chipping hammer, wire brush, and grinders at various times to clean weld joints and finished welds. * Uses magnetic drills to drill various size holes on pole assembly as required by drawings. * Visually inspects his/her work to ensure that welds comply with applicable drawings and code requirements. * Uses a weld gauge to measure weld sizes. * Uses mechanical rolling equipment to rotate sections to optimize positioning of weld joints. * Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management as knowledge base increases. * Regular and on-time attendance. * Maintains a positive attitude. * Work in your shift as scheduled * Getting along with coworkers Position Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred Experience: GMAW (Spray Arc Transfer) welding experience preferred. Skills & Abilities: * Basic Math skills required * Must be able to read and write. * Ability to read blueprints required Physical Requirements: * Must be able to stand 100% of scheduled shift. Lifting, pushing, prying, and dragging heavy materials, up to 50 pounds. * Must be capable of bending, stooping, crawling under or over and occasional climbing of stairs/ladders heights up to 6 or 7 feet. * Must possess adequate hand-eye coordination, dexterity and stamina to sustain expected production effectively. * Must be able to work in fast-paced work environment. * Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materials. * Must be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperatures. Job Description Stockers are to receive, price, sensor (if applicable) and inspect freight. Stockers must be proficient in all aspects of the Cavender's Boot City stocking system, and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each stocking function. Stockers must prioritize merchandise by order of importance (i.e., empty wrangler shelves should be restocked after empty polish racks are restocked).
