* Operates assembly line conveyor system to move tubular shafts into position for cutting on band saw and for fitting. Operates band saw for cutting tubular shafts according to specifications.

Hatchery Labor

Objective: To process chicks and to bring the hatchery back to a clean environment. Will be performing duties in the chick processing area. After finished processing, then will be assigned a designated area to clean in the Hatchery. Will be trained to operate a Pallet Jack. Scope of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for the supervising of day-to-day operations of the Inventory department. Monitors accuracy of inventory information and adjusts inventory records based on physical verification and computer research. Provides daily work assignments, guidance, and training to Inventory department staff.
Essential Duties:
* Prioritizes and organizes Inventory Control team's schedules to best meet the business needs.
* Leads the Inventory Control team to efficiently and safely accomplish assigned tasks.
* Coordinates material issues with production to support smooth operations.
* Assists the Director of Inventory in coaching employees where necessary to improve their performance up to acceptable levels.
* Assigns daily work to other associates within the Inventory Control Department.
* Assists in the maintenance and change of department procedures and employee training processes.
* Reconciles and performs weekly cycle counts of inventory materials to ensure inventory accuracy and helps conduct annual physical inventory counts.
* Serves as the main liaison between Inventory Control and other departments within the Company.
* Maintains and coordinates product flow from Inventory department to Production.
* Effectively communicates to all levels of management to achieve desired results.
* Maintains a high degree of integrity with regards to professional behavior and safety.
* Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, organization, and cleanliness in your area of operation.
* Contributes to team effort by communicating and working well with others, as well as accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:
Education - - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience - Minimum of three to five years of experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain Management.
Skills & Abilities:
* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
* Must be able to give direction, coach, train and guide a diverse team of varied skill to efficiently meet department/company needs.
* Must be able to demonstrate accuracy of work, effective organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Must be willing/able to be hands-on in the inventory/yard areas and work at a computer.
* Must be a team player within all levels of the company.
* Must effectively communicate with personnel, management and supervisors via two-way radio, phone, email and in person.
* Must be able to read and interpret Receiving and Inventory documents and paperwork.
* Regular and timely attendance is required.

* Must be able to perform work in any environment and various weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow and extreme cold and heat.
* Must be able to regularly use hands to grasp, pinch or pull materials.
* Must be able to feel and reach with hands and arms.

* Must be able to climb in and out of equipment.
