Completes daily activity logs and runs required reports such as Arrivals, Cancellations, and Yield Management to support operational planning. Responds promptly and courteously to guest inquiries or concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company standards. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
