Duties and responsibilities:
Work with Participants to Obtain Skills to become Independent and Integrated into their Community:
Serve as a member of the PRS Team to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services to participants living independently in the community.
Promotes the principles of mental health recovery.
Identify rehabilitation goals to support participants with building skills for independent living and community integration activities.
Support participants to maintain ongoing communication with the many members of their support services to ensure all needs are met. This includes but is not limited to ICM/RC, landlords, doctors, family and friends.
Share recovery oriented educational materials.
Implement Wellness Recovery Action Plans(WRAP):
Engage in discussion with participants about WRAPs.
Facilitate creation and integration of WRAPs as desired by participants.
Facilitate WRAP groups as needed.
Maintain Compliance with Funding and Licensing Entities Related to Service Delivery:
Complete Documentation of Quality Service Delivery daily. Required Documentation includes daily notes of billable encounters and nonbillable outreach attempts, Individual Recovery Plans, and Concurrent Review Reports.
Complete all Intake and Discharge documentation with participants and submit completed work to PRS Supervisor.
Attend all training as required by regulations and as desired for professional development.
Attend schedule team meetings.
Attend all Linkage meetings.
Participate in Supervision at least twice monthly.
Follow Psych Rehab Services and RHD policies and procedures:
Obtain productivity standard: 60% of work time is to be spent as billable encounters with PRS.

Services offered include development of and coaching on recovery or wellness plans, individual advocacy, education, development of natural supports, support of work or other meaningful activity of the individual's choosing, crisis management support, skills training, effective utilization of the service delivery system, and coordination of and linkage to other service providers. For bachelor's degree candidates the pay rate is $18.45/hourly and this is a full time job, benefits eligible, earning paid time off.
Major Responsibilities:
Promote principles of recovery and psychiatric rehabilitation with participants, providers, and stakeholders.
Provide skill-building concerning assisting in recovery management, identification of personal strengths/assets, development of a strength-based recovery plan /recovery goals, and strategies to meet goals.

RHD Glassport LTSR is a long-term structured residential program serving eligible adult males between the ages 18 to 65 who are residents of Allegheny County and have been diagnosed with serious mental illness and substance use disorder, or dually-diagnosed with an intellectual disability. Residents may also have a forensic history. Psych rehabilitation worker will work under the direction of the psych rehab specialist to assist participants to choose, acquire, and maintain the skills they need to successfully transition in from using skills-based and strength-based techniques. PRW will work in collaboration with program therapists, psych rehab facilitator and residents to assist with the implementation of psych rehab plan of care to increase client skill levels through group facilitation and individualized psych rehab activities.
Duties and responsibilities:
Promote principles of recovery and psychiatric rehabilitation with participants, providers, and stakeholders.
Provide skill-building concerning assisting in recovery management, identification of personal strengths/ assets, development of a strength-based recovery plan /recovery goals, and strategies to meet goals.
Assist in identifying or re-connecting to natural supports including but not limited to peer recovery supports and self-help groups in the community.
Assist in scheduling appointments as needed.
Assist with accessing and navigating the mental health and/or D&A service system.
Assist with accessing and navigating mental health court, Adult Probation, Justice Related Services and the legal system.
Participate in treatment team meetings, continuing care (aftercare) meetings, as requested by the member.
Demonstrate flexibility in schedule in order to meet participant's needs.
Advocate for the member's community needs, medical, and behavioral health needs
Utilize motivational interviewing to effectively identify the member's strengths, needs, motivation, triggers, and goals in managing life circumstances.
Bridge the gap between the physical health care and behavioral health treatment.
Provide telephonic assistance to members and family members concerning recovery tools and resources.
Empower the member to self-advocate and follow through with treatment (making and attending scheduled appointments, setting goals, and community networking.
Utilize electronic health record to document and bill for services through electronic record software.
Complete all other assigned tasks as designated by the Director.
Qualifications:
HS diploma/ GED minimum, bachelor's preferred. Minimum of 6 months direct care experience with clients with mental health, substance abuse or forensic issues.
Knowledge/Skills:
Psychiatric Rehabilitation principals
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with staff and participants.

* Perform all general labor functions (Sweep floors, empty trash, cut grass/remove snow when needed)

* Assemble all standard products, such as disposorbs, vaporpacs, high flow ventsorbs, etc.
* Pressure test all assembled units to meet necessary requirements
* Recondition small returnable units, such as cyclesorbs, bulk bins, etc.
* Weigh/Load carbon into the small systems as needed.
* Assist in receiving and verification of quantities of materials and parts delivered to E&A.
* Read instructions & drawings as necessary for the reconditioning and assembly of standard products.
* Fabricates lined pipe (PPL and TFE). This includes cutting, threading, assembly, flaring and testing of pipe spools from 1" through 4".
* Cuts, threads, and assembles carbon steel pipe, plastic pipe and stainless steel pipe
* Assists with warehousing duties.
* Performs layout and assembly on all small equipment such as cyclesorbs, bulk bins, vapor paks and high flow ventsorbs (and fan skids).
* Maintain CCC's service equipment. This includes dual modules, mobile adsorbers, filters, etc. Duties include review of system when returned from customers, preparation of list(s) of required repairs and parts, performance of repairs to the mechanical parts of the systems as well as localized (spot) lining/painting repairs
* Pickup parts and or make small equipment deliveries
Qualifications
* A High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred
* 0-2 years of general labor experience

We are seeking a dependable Part-time Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment at our facility in Carroll County, MD. Only applicants residing in Carroll County, MD, or within a 10-mile radius will be considered. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
Follow safety and cleaning procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting light to moderate weight
Must have reliable transportation.
