What We Do
Executive Search Associates play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. Working closely with our expert Search Partners & Principals (Consultants), and connecting with team members across all levels of the Search team, Associates learn through hands-on experience, and receive world-class training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-like model. Our Associates assist Consultants in all aspects of the recruitment process from developing the search strategy to managing its execution, and also support business development activities. The search process includes working with clients to develop position specifications; interviewing, assessing and building a pipeline of qualified candidates for active searches meeting the client's requirements; developing the candidate relationship; candidate referencing; and assisting with client relationship management.

Role Responsibilities
Research & Writing:
* Conducting industry specific and client company research, mapping the executive talent landscape to bring market insights to the table.
* Supporting Consultants in the development of position specification(s) and a focused search strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The Role

Supporting Execution
The LAS Associate is critical to the execution of client engagements and plays an active role in all aspects of the engagement lifecycle. The Director of Psychology and Research resides within HLabs, a team dedicated to enterprise product development. This team develops rigorous assessment tools through innovation, validation, and data analytics and the training and deployment of tools within the firm and in client systems. Within the EY-Parthenon service line, the AI Labs Product Manager will collaborate with Business Leaders, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Project Managers, and other team members to design, build, and scale innovative AI solutions that power strategic growth initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
The AI Labs Product Manager will play a critical role leading the development of data-driven, AI-powered agent applications that surface strategic insights across EY Parthenon's sub-sector lines. You'll work with engineering leads to build multi-source insight workflows and with business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional product specs, agent behavior, and user experiences.
Skills and attributes for success
* Drive end-to-end development of agentic products that combine internal, public, and licensed third-party data.
* Translate ambiguous business goals into clearly defined agent roles, workflows, data requirements, and interface specs.
* Own product roadmap and use case prioritization based on technical feasibility, customer impact, and data availability.
* Collaborate with Engineers to validate model fit, feature strategy, and insight generation logic.
* Define POC and MVP requirements and success metrics for each agent product or data application.
* Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
* Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
* Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
* Communicate progress, risks, and decisions with clarity across levels.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or other related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
* 5-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
* Product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or AI/ML-driven platforms.
* Strong experience and understanding of data product lifecycle - ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving.
* Proven experience leading products that sit at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering.
* Strong understanding of real-world structured data merging, schema linking, and model evaluation at scale.
* Familiarity with the concepts behind agentic AI workflows, RAG, or data fusion for insight delivery.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
* Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on product priorities.
* Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology.
Ideally, you will have
* Experience deploying AI/ML products or features into a production.
* Experience working in a startup and/or management/strategy consulting.

* We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $205,000 to $235,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Client Success Lead (Senior Analyst or Associate), Private Equity

The Client Success Lead, Private Equity (PE) will be a key strategic team member for select Managed/Growth clients within PE. This role will be a strategic thought partner to Consultant "Client Leads" across three to five strategic accounts to help identify opportunities for business development and drive an exemplary and consistent client experience across the portfolio of work being done. Success in this role will better enable account teams to focus on delivering exceptional client service, while staying aligned and informed as part of increasingly complex coverage efforts. By managing the rhythm of business, such as quarterly business reviews, internal account updates for aligned Spencer Stuart teams, and news communications, the Client Success Lead ensures that leadership and stakeholders are consistently informed and aligned on all account activity. The role also supports compliance with internal processes and client requirements, while proactively identifying and resolving operational risks.
In addition to overseeing core account operations, the Client Success Lead is responsible for driving regular client communications, maintaining Quest data accuracy, and facilitating consistent internal communications across the dedicated account team. Lastly, this individual will partner closely with Private Equity's Strategic Account Manager and broader leadership to develop, implement, and execute best-in-class account management processes across the practice. This includes, but is not limited to, serving as a thought partner on account plans, process improvement/systems implementations for Client Leads, driving BD execution and identifying areas of opportunity, learning and development programs for new Client Leads, and broader collaboration initiatives for our Client Lead cohort.
Success in this role is measured both quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitatively, financial performance, market penetration (regionally, by industry, functionally, by service line), CSS Scores, and win/loss rate will be consistently measured. Qualitatively, this individual is expected to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration across teams, and deliver timely, actionable insights that support business development and client engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategic Account Leadership: Partner with designated client leads to develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategic account plans for Managed and Growth accounts, ensuring alignment with broader Private Equity (PE) practice goals.
* Client Development & Business Growth: Act as a strategic thought partner to identify and pursue business development opportunities. Leverage internal connectivity to expand into new sectors, business lines, and regions to increase share of wallet, and drive top-line growth.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams to ensure transparent communication on client activity, business development efforts, and competitive intelligence.
* Performance Tracking: Build and deliver quarterly reporting for each strategic account and track overall outcomes of the strategic account program.
* Contribute to the broader PE strategic account agenda through template creation, agenda setting, technology enhancements, and investment planning.

* Tailored Account Management: For select strategic accounts (3-5), provide tailored support including:
* Research and benchmarking against market activity and peer clients.
* Financial reporting and metric tracking for internal and external use.
* Development of strategic materials such as QBRs, one-pagers, internal reviews, and bespoke trackers.
* Execution of creative and high-impact projects to address client-specific needs (e.g., custom portals, data benchmarking).
* Participation in complex, multi-stage client initiatives as needed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Successful candidates will be self-directed, independent, and able to proactively address the needs of our Private Equity business. Specific experience should include:
* 1-3+ years of professional services experience, with at least one year of client-facing experience.

The base compensation range for this position is $80k-$110k per year. The actual base compensation offered within this range will be dependent on the individual's skills, experiences, and qualifications. This position will be eligible to participate in our annual discretionary bonus program.

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry, including its value proposition, competitive landscape, strengths and weaknesses, stock performance, and employee count. Synthesize this information accurately for easy integration into clear, client-ready documents.
