Current Average Production Bonus is 63%.
Production Bonus
Production Bonus percentage is variable, determinate upon attaining production goals each week. Production Bonus is paid out weekly.

As a MaintenanceTechnician you will ensure operation of machinery and equipment by performing highly diversified maintenance task (both planned and unplanned) at our Kenton, OH metal processing plant. Every day as the MaintenanceTechnician you will...
* Collaborate internally and across PSI to schedule preventative maintenance and maintain records appropriately
* Ensure appropriate inventory of spare parts, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete jobs effectively and eliminate downtime
* Troubleshoot the root cause for the unplanned maintenance repair and make adjustments as needed
* Assist the installation and assembly of new equipment and the improvement to equipment and facilities
To thrive in this role, you must...
* Be willing to work Monday-Thursday from 5pm - 5am and be readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations outside of your normal hours
* Able to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings
* Have in depth knowledge and ability to troubleshoot hydraulics (pumps, motors, valves, cylinders) and electrical (single phase, DC circuits, PLC, knowledge of three phase, use multi-meter)
* Have in depth knowledge and experience with fabrication (welding, plasma, torch experience)
* Communicate effectively with all levels of organization and between shifts
* Support others to accomplish goals by responding with professionalism and having a strong sense of urgency to make reasonable decisions and swiftly refer to appropriate level if needed
