repetitive work

Cons of working at Helac

poor management no raises favoritism for higher up positions Will post an internal position, give no interviews and hire someone from outside

there is nothing to like about either, they only look at numbers and never actually ask why

remove all middle management, give each section their own lead from said section, increase pay and PTO

it dosent, painters make more than welders. when asked why that is the head of HR said painting is the more critical skill
