Required Qualifications * Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a field appropriate to disciplines within the College or related field; clinical degree, certification, and recent clinical service experience in one of the program areas. * Professional, scholarly, and educational accomplishments commensurate with an appointment as a tenured faculty in the College. * History of successful leadership experience within an academic setting. * Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals internal and external to the university. * Demonstrated commitment to student retention and graduation. * Effective oral and written communication skills to accommodate a fast paced and complex work environment. * Competency and understanding of strength and conditioning, sports medicine, nutrition, sleep, spirituality, & mental performance for athletes and cadets. * Collaborates with departmental faculty members, cadet leadership, athletic coaches and team staff to support, develop, and inform IPP and facilitate faculty and student involvement within the program.
