Job Description NATURE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist in weighing, measuring and labeling ingredients necessary for recipes. · Assist in the preparation, cooking, chilling and packaging of food products in accordance with state and federal health code standards. · Clean, sanitize and maintain work areas and food equipment before and after each work day. · Assist in the breakdown and reassembly of food equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. · Wash pots, pans and utensils by hand and machine in the ware wash room. · Unload delivery trucks and place bulk deliveries in appropriate storage areas. · Delivering and retrieving meals to patients. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: There is no education or experience requirements for this class but incumbents must be able to speak and write English and be in good health and good physical condition. NATURE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for collecting blood and urine from patients through the performance of venipuncture, capillary puncture, and other techniques; enters data concerning blood and urine samples, and test information into computer systems; maintains proper inventory of supplies and materials needed for the daily collection; cleans and maintains phlebotomy accessories and other related equipment. RequirementsMinimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience as a Phlebotomist or a certificate in Phlebotomy from a recognized college, school, training program, hospital, health care facility, or the Armed Services.
