Norm Davy is a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Heliae and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has worked as Chief Marketing Officer at Eco Agro, LLC; Business Team Leader at MONSANTO CO /NEW/; and Marketing and Distribution Manager at LIMAGRAIN CEREALES INGREDIENTS. Norm attended Brandon University between 1992 and 1994, University of Manitoba between 1996 and 1997, and Assiniboine Community College between 1989 and 1992.

Dan Torre is a Chief Financial Officer at Heliae.

Galvez has 32 years of experience managing large-scale biomass processing facilities in addition to leading multiple successful commercial developments of innovative process technologies. Combining his experience managing large scale industrial processing facilities with driving the commercialization of new technologies he was able to deliver technology platform scale-up to commercial operation. Prior to joining Heliae, he was the Senior Vice President, Manufacturing for Solazyme, a renewable oil and bio-products company. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Galvez served as the Chief Technology Officer of EdenIQ, a cellulosic biofuels company and spinoff from Altra Biofuels. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Galvez served as the Senior Vice President, Technology and Technical Services at Altra Biofuels, a biofuels company. From 1979 to 2006, Mr. Galvez held various management positions at Delta-T Corp., Grain Processing Corporation, Combustion Engineering and Archer Daniels Midland where he was instrumental in increasing efficiencies, yields and profits. Mr. Galvez obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from Benedictine College.

Mr. Simon is the President and CEO of Heliae Technology Holdings, Inc., and serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Simon delivers over twenty years of experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur with a broad background in founding and leading public and private energy and technology businesses. Prior to joining Heliae Mr. Simon founded and served as CEO of Elevant Advisors, LLC, a business advisory firm providing management consulting and capital raising services to the energy and technology markets. From 2006 – 2010, Mr. Simon co-founded, and was a Director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of BioFuel Energy Corp., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: BIOF). Mr. Simon led the company from its inception to becoming the fifth largest pure play ethanol producer in the world, with 230 million gallons of annual production capacity and revenue of over $650 million. From 1993 – 2005 Mr. Simon served as a founder of Biofuel Solutions, LLC, and held a variety of senior positions with TIC/Kiewit and NCH Corporation in North America, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Simon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed additional studies in Japanese language and economics at Keio University in Tokyo, Japan.
