The SUE CrewChiefs play a pivotal role in the field by leading underground utility investigations using advanced technologies such as electromagnetic locators and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). A core responsibility of this role is not only technical excellence in utility locating-including multi-utility, deep target, and complex congested area detection-but also the active mentorship and development of SUE Technicians and SUE Locators. By transferring knowledge and training others in field best practices, especially in GPR interpretation and integration with EM locates, the CrewChief helps elevate the entire team's capabilities and supports long-term career advancement within the SUE discipline.

What you will do:
Operate and interpret data from electromagnetic (EM) and GPR systems to identify, locate, and map underground utilities, including but not limited to water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecom.
Serve as a technical lead on GPR investigations, including selecting appropriate antenna frequencies, setting scanning parameters, and analyzing radargrams.
Train and coach up-and-coming SUE Technicians in utility locating fundamentals, GPR applications, equipment care, and proper marking/documentation procedures.
Maintain equipment accuracy through routine calibration, field testing, and care-especially GPR units which require environment-specific settings and adjustments.
Collaborate with SUE Field Supervisors to enhance training materials, troubleshooting guides, and cross-training opportunities for multi-utility locating and advanced technology use.
Keep up to date on technological advancements in subsurface utility locating and integrate new tools and methods into daily workflows and crew development
What you will bring:
Must have high school diploma or G.E.D. Applicable OSHA certifications preferred.

As Naval Integration concepts assume greater emphasis across training, security engagement plans, and crisis-response operations, MCTOG will provide training and virtual exercises to increase core competencies in Joint Naval operations within the USMC GCE. Job Description:
Respond to service calls as needed from both residential and commercial customers. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Leads a team of Water Mitigation Technicians, communicates with project managers to make sure all customer needs are met. Supports project managers and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and content storage warehouse. Competes documentation as needed.
Responsibilities:

Communicate clear expectations to water technicians and supervise activities
Communicate with project managers on project progress and issues
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure safety of all
Prepare rooms/areas for cleaning and content storage activities
Document an accurate job file in Drybook and Contents Tracker
Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Dedicated to world class customer service
Effective oral communication
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
IICRC certifications preferred
Must have clean driving record
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:
Working directly with the General Manager (GM), ensuring consistent revenue growth through growing guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus. They will also coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.

Ensure our quality control measures and processes are followed consistently
