    The Junior Recruiter is responsible for managing a portion of the recruiting process within the Talent Acquisition team by performing full-cycle recruitment for their assigned regions. To be successful, the Junior Recruiter must seek out highly qualified electrical construction professionals to Helix standards, understand and communicate Helix culture, and build relationships with Helix clients. You must be able to work autonomously and have a sense of urgency and perseverance. DUTIES & SCOPE: * Provide exceptional client service and manage the sourcing, screening, presentation, selection, interview, offer, negotiation and closing in full lifecycle recruiting at Helix Electric for assigned regions/departments. * Assist in training Talent Acquisition team members by providing direction on candidate qualifications, hiring manager needs, sourcing platforms, job postings and screening questions. * Monitor and report on the progress and success of recruitment strategies, plans and programs. * Implement and assist with strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet the Helix needs. * Monitor and partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership on Talent Acquisition budget management and oversight. * Responsible for administrative duties in the recruitment process such as scheduling interviews with hiring managers, booking travel for out of state candidates, dispositioning candidates in UKG, etc. * Initiate, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility. * Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit as required. * Network to build and maintain organized candidate pipelines in UKG for immediate and future needs. * Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness on correspondence. * Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. * Participate in external profession career growth opportunities applicable to recruitment and HR. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for positions ranging from entry level office positions to mid-level leadership roles with advanced knowledge of full cycle recruiting. * Ability to build personal connections quickly and effectively. * Ability to utilize feedback and constructive criticism to adjust sourcing efforts based on hiring manager specs. * Electrical Construction industry knowledge * Collaborative and consultative in working with hiring leaders to drive synergies during the hiring processes. * Experience with UKG or related ATS systems as an applicant tracking and recruitment tool. * Broad knowledge of all aspects of human resource administration, laws, and ethics. * Ability to interface with all professional levels (from Field to Leaders) in a complex environment while driving results. * Ability to effectively problem solve and assist with process improvement.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE: * Assist with assembly, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems in commercial and residential settings. * Prepares work area for installation of equipment. * Installs or assists with installation of electrical components. * Connects wiring and equipment as per code and job specification. * Operates equipment only if trained and certified to operate. (Note: Powder activated tools, and JLG lifts and other operations that may require certification and training before operating). * Sets up and operates tools such as hydraulic benders, power threaders, power pullers and cable vacuum systems. * Learning or be able to read blueprints and electrical drawings and install as specified. * Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances per drawings or plans. * Secure and lock up equipment after use. * A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget. * Excellent working knowledge of the Building Codes. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Assist with complex electrical installations in a fast-paced and fast-production environment. * Be proficient in type NM (Romex) and/or MC wiring methods is a plus. * Work from all type ladders (step ladders up to 14', "A" frame ladders and all size extension ladders and carry and relocate up to 12' step ladder by oneself. * Employee's personal weight and personal tools cannot exceed weight limit of ladder (Class 1-250 lbs., Class 1A-300 lbs.).
