The Site Safety Manager is responsible for promoting and supporting the Helix safety culture and process as well as providing leadership and direction to their job site.
DUTIES & SCOPE:

Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
Support incident investigation process, site audits, subcontractor EH&S compliance, assist with new hire orientations, and any additional safety-related tasks as assigned
Work with and evaluate the performance of Helix operational personnel regarding regulatory issues as well as Helix corporate safety policy and protocols
Assist in the identification of safety-related training needs as well as conducting safety-related training
Assist site management and supervision with close site support
Assist in medical case management
Assure training completions and other safety-related documentation is completed and submitted as required
Review reports for trends and makes recommendations for protocol adjustments
QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES & SCOPE:
All welding & fabricating duties as assigned
Prepare work area for installation of various equipment.
Keep work area clean.
Using tools to complete assigned tasks.

The BIM Modeler I is responsible for providing modeling efforts for project and delivery standards, according to Project Scope. This is a member of the production team that will create most of the drawings for a project.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform layout and input from field details with Supervisor/Lead Modeler support into Revit in accordance with REI Standards
Review own work for accuracy before passing it on to others.
Prepare sheets following project requirements and REI Standards.
Maintain the Revit model environment following Rosendin BIM Standards

The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.

Develops/procures product data submittal/shop drawings for approval, management of material releases for timely delivery to projects and mitigation of supply chain issues.
Manages Requests for Information (RFI) submission, tracking, response evaluation and implementation.
Manages document control and distribution for projects.
Supports monthly billing process at the direction of the project manager including jobsite walks/status evaluation, coordination with the client and monitoring of billing and cost data.
Evaluates construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans and actual work. Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites.
Implements and monitors quality control programs on projects.
Regularly visits projects to assess performance, progress and quality and to ensure connectivity with the field and clients.
Ensures that all safety and environmental policies of the Company and project owners are followed by all project personnel.
Develops and maintain relationships with peers at clients, architectural and engineering firms and trade partners to ensure successful outcomes of projects.
Manages closeout and commissioning process tracking and subcontractor / vendor tracking to ensure timely submission of project closeout documentation.
Qualifications
2+ years of electrical experience/knowledge of construction, design, and cost management as an Assistant Project Manager of Project Engineer with Commercial, Institutional projects.
BS in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience preparing take-offs and estimates for change orders.
Advanced abilities in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
Knowledge of NECA codes and TIA standards.
In-depth knowledge of NEC and the NFPA codes and has strong problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, materials, means & methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of Company and industry practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project activities.
Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Power Point), Bluebeam, ChangeOrder, and Accubid, or other estimation software, and BOS (Berg Operating System).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to present self in a professional manner and represent the company image.
Demonstrated track record of leadership and project success.
Ability to work in fast-paced setting.

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for the purchase of general material and construction supplies as assigned. The Procurement Analyst will issue purchase orders, releasing material from existing purchase orders, and expedite material and supplies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Receives and reviews field requisitions for completeness and accuracy; conferring with requestor when clarification is .
Releases material from pre‐negotiated blanket purchase orders, maintaining tracking logs of released material and quantities released.
Secures vendor quotations on requisitions.
Processes requisitions for purchase.
Prepares bid invitations for RFQ / RFP.
Performs leveling of vendor quotations.
Assist in generating submittal information for requested commodities, supplies or equipment working with requesting department to identify needs.
Issue change orders as in accordance with revised BOM's.
Expedite and ensure timely delivery and back orders, follow‐up to maintain optimum field production.
Handle return material to ensure proper and timely credit to the project.
Review and approve invoices. Interface with vendor and A/P to resolve invoice problems.
Perform additional duties as directed by Senior Purchasing Agent or Division Manager.

Function as a Journeyman for Bergelectric Corp.; installing new electrical systems and repairing existing electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state and local electrical codes along with all Bergelectric Corp. policies and procedures. Support activities at commercial, industrial, institutional and residential locations. This is considered to be a safety sensitive position.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, maintain, and test commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems in full support of Bergelectric Corp. safety, operations and productivity initiatives.
Use industry related hand tools and power tools.
Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc. and install wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems.
Feed to, pull into, and terminate wire and cable within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, switches, etc.
Splice and terminate wires at junction points.
Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits and build control panels from drawings.
Prepare sketches and schematic diagrams showing the location of wiring and electrical systems.
Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all Bergelectric Corp. productivity objectives are met.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.
Adhere to all Bergelectric Corp.'s safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Must hold a current Journeyman Wireman license (if required by the applicable state, city or county).
Ability to install power systems: lighting, fire protection, security, and data network.
Ability to build and install control panels and provide maintenance to systems.
Experience using Electrical Single Line blueprints.
Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical apparatus and circuits.
Ability to verify compliance and functionality of installations.
Experience helping with the management of a project and crew.
Ability to manage material estimates.
Demonstrate strong leadership and pre-planning abilities.
Physical Demands
Lift 50 lbs. from the ground and pull 50 lbs. of force.
Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling and conduit bending.
Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lbs. tool belt.
Maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires.
Work off of ladders, man lifts or reach booms.
