Responsible for requisitions on buyouts, rentals/tools, feeder schedules, gear/lighting packages, and KPI's for cost savings and vendor performances for Project Management and Production staff

Strategically leverage new and previous awarded buyouts to reduce overhead, lock-in cost, and to align for adequate locally stocked material for the contracted phase of work

Ensure timely receipt of vendor offers to obtain material by the due date

Updates internal system (CMiC) with expected dates, notes, and appropriate work order status to properly notify involved parties of material availability

Internal interfacing with regional dispatchers/managers, project managers, and other procurement team members

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring invoices for assigned accounts are submitted timely, accurately, completely and in accordance with established billing processes or procedures.

Researches and resolves invoices that are incomplete and unable to be billed.

The BIM Modeler III is responsible for providing modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. This is a leader of the production team, and typically the Model Manager, that is responsible for all functions of a BIM project including the drawings, model quality, and coordination files for the project. Will need to efficiently take part in and supervise modeling and documentation of the project. This role is responsible for their own production as well as the support and task-based training of other staff.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Capable of successfully performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler II
Work with Family Development Team for the revised standards or for a project's needs
Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.
Provide effective verbal and written direction to support staff.

Create and maintain Electrical Revit model using backgrounds from other trades following all REI standards

The Billing Specialist is responsible for invoicing assigned accounts, assuring they are submitted timely, accurately, completely, and in accordance with established billing processes or procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Researches and resolves invoices that are incomplete and unable to be billed.
