The electrical Quality Control Manager is responsible for working closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to support the department with QAQC and final commissioning implementation and execution. The Material Handler assists in the day to day operations of receiving, shipping and inventory data entry for Dean/Fluor and government procured materials and equipment. The material handler will work under direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. This position will support a government warehouse located in Bluffdale, UT. The Material Handler is responsible for utilizing knowledge of Operations, Maintenance, and Repair industry tools and materials to perform logistics tasks such as receiving, inventorying, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from the Dean/Fluor warehouse and from suppliers. The Material Handler has a solid understanding of the Dean/Fluor Logistics processes and procedures, implements attention to detail in following logistics procedures and record-keeping, inventories and places incoming orders on shelves, picks materials for internal distribution and use, monitors inventory and communicates shortages, and provides feedback for process improvement. Requirements: A functional physical is required to be completed and passed before work can be performed in all field positions. QUALIFICATIONS: * At least 5 years of project management experience in electrical commercial/mixed use construction. * Understand engineering in electric power. * Field experience coordinating with construction management. * Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts. * Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects * Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio. * Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills, both oral and written. * Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills. * Electrical engineering or Construction Management degrees are strongly preferred. * Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus.
